I requested a room that had a balcony and a view of the river. When I arrived I was given a room on the first floor that overlooked the river but did not have a balcony. This was around Christmas so I guess they were near capacity, but I imagine a room near the top overlooking the river with a balcony would be great.

The hotel is very nicely designed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast and restaurant on the ground floor are great. The location right on the river is beautiful to wake up to and also close to the main nightlife attractions. I also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and also the outdoor bar area where you can sip a few drinks whilst enjoying the view of the river.

The ac in one of our rooms wasn’t working and I feel like this is something they should have checked beforehand.

Everything required in an apartment hotel includes 24x7 housekeeping but the toilet jet was missing…. It should not be missed in an Asian hotel 😮

the first night we were in a room with no balcony, very few lamps- little lighting at night, no bedside tables, and shower that leaked all over the bathroom. We asked to move and the next room was great. This inconsistency is a problem when i want to recommend the property to visitors. The tennis court was good but the racquets needed regripping- they were in bad shape.

Size of room was great. Comfort and nice lighting. The breakfast is great. location is fantastic for walking along the riverfront. Service was wonderful.

The hotel's own beach is very dirty, almost unsuitable for swimming due to the waves. The staff on the surface are very friendly. If you have any extra wishes, you have to pay for everything; e.g. after 7 nights, we stayed 4 hours longer, we had to pay for half a day. There is no clear rule for reserving sunbeds, which is why we had a conflict. We came away with a slightly bitter taste in our mouths.

Liked all but In Breakfast they keep only pork items which Muslim people can’t eat. As an international hotel they must have to keep chicken fish and beef.

I am not happy only receptionist. we already early booking with booking.com for check in, that time everything are very clear with booking.com. but he not allowed us to check in, said that not yet get any information from booking.com. ask my boss call to booking.com. that Chinese guy how know about this ? English also dont know ......how to call? and you also can not speak Chinese. That room is booking by me....until final no choice just put for deposit 200 usd and he just allowed my boss check in, that time boss ask me to inform reception when received the booking from booking.com, just ask hotel to minus from the room stay. My Boss stay for 5 nights. Please.........speak good voice intonation .... your voice like just wake up and sleepy and not happy withe the guest. We come to stay with your hotel is paying money not for free. because of singapore brand just stay in. Please revise asap your voice of intonation speaking with me.

I like the F&B , its really good services, I am not stay in this hotel , but its my Boss, the F&B really assist me alot due to order for the food , report to me all the menu that she have . and fast action. i request only if dont have nasi lemak and herbal soup dont post in the menu.

Bathtub - better to have standing shower. No handle to support getting out of bathtub.. can slip and fall easily. Could have better bath soap and hair shampoo and conditioner.

I got a room facing the main street. Extremely loud. Windows are nothing but sound proofed, the other bass sound was coming from air conditions, another one from the kitchen hood. Walls needed painting. Furniture was worn out. Overall - quite disappointing.

Good location, on the bank of the Mekong river, close to the main tourist attractions. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Washing machine. Spacious place.

i lived in 2012 for three months in this hotel and as one of our best customers came we tried it again...a mistake . 30 minutes check in and even having booked a one bedroom appartment they tried to push us in a himawari suite....as i know the rooms i refused and himawari staff advanced that booking.com booked the wrong room... hard to believe...we had unexpected guests in the room as even with the no disturb sign attached to the door...some person was in the room fixing the airconditioning....later on this person left and did not close the door so everybody could enter........no staff to help with lugage...hot all over this hotel...zero service at swimming pool.(1 hour.for a bottle of water..a coconut that was not available and a banana shake) ..cold or no food for breakfast at 7.30 am and 1 staff member to serve and latte at extra charge . At 8 am 2 more staff arrived. All over a run down place with great location drammatically overpriced. probably good for long stayers but for short stay not to be recommended anymore..there is much better even at 30 dollar a night. stayed three nights...paid 430 dollar to hear 30 times sorry..except of the location this hotel has nothing to offer
