Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CambodiaThe parking space for motobike. Inside the room, you can hear next door people noise if they are just talking normally. Aircon is a bit noisy.

SpainWe parked the car inside and couldn’t left because someone else parked behind us. The staff was very efficient to find the cars owner, but we arrived late to our appointment. I suggest that if someone parks in the second row they don’t leave the breaks on or they leave the key in reception.
The views to the mountains in the morning. The room was very clean and the decoration was wonderful. The swimmingpool was very well located as it was very hot and sunny outside but the temperature felt great as we didnt have direct sun.

NetherlandsA lot of trains came by from which the building started shaking sometimes. Furthermore, not all staff members speak English and the swimming pool upstairs was quite dirty..
The room is quite spacious and pretty. The presence of two swimming pools is also nice.

UkraineIt is a little far from the center, but if you have a car or motorbike, it is not a problem. A little noisy from the road that passes near the hotel. You can also hear the roosters crowing nearby, which can prevent you from sleeping soundly in the morning.
A very nice hotel that shares a common area with the Managne Residence and Managne Regency hotels. Green and beautiful territory, although not large. There is parking. Very friendly staff. We were checked into the room as soon as we arrived (at 11.30). The room is spacious, bright with comfortable and new furniture, decorated in a beautiful style. Wide bed, comfortable mattress. There is coffee, tea, a kettle, dishes, a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathrobes, soap, a toothbrush and toothpaste. There is a bathtub, hot water, a hairdryer, slippers. Good internet, a large TV with YouTube. A balcony with a view of the mountains (the room was on the third floor). There are also two swimming pools, a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop with delicious coffee. You can rent a motorbike for $7 per day. They cleaned every day, the hotel was almost empty, so it was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is within walking distance (10 minutes) to the Kampot railway station, which was convenient for us, because we arrived by train.

CambodiaThe hotel is new and modern, but far from the town centre. It has two small pools, neither of which looked particularly appealing, especially the one on the Boutique side. My room (311) was clean and tidy, but the bathroom had some problems. The bath was not installed properly and could have fallen over as it wasn't silicone sealed to the floor (no building safety checks in Cambodia). The bath tap had no hot water, only the shower did. The shower had no door, so the water splashed onto the floor and wall. This caused dampness in the bedroom wall. The room was supposed to be 40m2, but it was definitely smaller, even with the balcony. The hotel was also very noisy. There was a railway line next to it with passenger and freight trains passing by. Across the street, there was a house with chickens and a dog. The roosters started to crow at 4:30am and the dog barked soon after. I could not do anything about them because they belonged to a private Cambodian house. The best part of the hotel experience was the breakfast (except for the flies on the food that is sitting out) and the staff. They were all friendly.
