Location is a bit of a distance from the city and the airport.

Spacious rooms, lovely food and service by the staff. A little bit of a distance from the city but you have a clear view of the river.

The hotel is still recovering from COVID, many parts of it are still closed, which was a little disappointing. Many menu items are not currently available. I suspect we will enjoy our next visit more when there is more going on in the hotel. I recommend focusing more attention on servicing the pool area, we would have ordered more food and drinks if we had more attentive service, bringing more revenue to the hotel.

The staff were excellent, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was good, with a lot of variety and the food was delicious. We also ate at the Bel Cibo hotel restaurant, the food there was also very good. We enjoyed the location, it was easy to get into central Phnom Penh and every tour we went on offered easy hotel pick up.

No customer welcome until arrival in reception. This may sound petty, but after arriving at the front entrance to the hotel. I wished let my wife out with our suitcases. I was promptly told to move my car and found myself carrying our luggage 100m back to hotel with no form of assistance. This is very poor for a supposed 4 star establishment. They have doorman, the place was clearly very quiet. It really put me on the back foot for the rest of my stay. Also the staff at two restaurants on the 19th floor are clueless on product knowledge. Very polite but clearly have not been given any training. The breakfast buffet was a bit hit or miss as well. At the eggs and noodle soup section. My first morning I had a omelette which was simply amazing. The next two mornings it was inedible. This really confused me, as I’ve lived in and around Phnom penh for over 20 years. I speak Khmer fluently and eaten Cambodian omelettes in western and Cambodian styles thousands of times. Also my omelette was made every day by the same chef. I just don’t comprehend it.

Large comfortable bed. Very large room as standard. Amazing air-con and WiFi in the room. Amazing views of the river looking towards the palace and riverside. Huge beautifully kept pool. In fact the cleanliness and upkeep was excellent.

Improve somehow the equipment in the fitness area and maybe in the lobby increasing the air-conditioning.

The room and bathroom were very spacious and lovely view from my room to the river and city center, presidential palace etc... Breakfast was great, only issue was that no real fresh fruit juices. Fitness area is very good for someone who is not a professional bodybuilder, maybe some equipment can be added, as there is plenty of space. The swimming pool was great: about 30 m X 30 m, and you could swim nicely. The hotel is 200 m away from the ferry point which brings you directly to the city center in 10 minutes, avoiding traffic jam. The staff has been always helpful and smiling. I was there on business but the next day I could feel more on vacation rather than business.

limited on restaurants foods selection and no five stars restaurant near by. I need to ride ferry boats across river to Bkk which is not far away. it’s all good.

air quality and space- located between the two river fronts. I really enjoy running along the river side. Big GYM, swimming pool, Sushi and much more. front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I was traveling with my mum, transport from airport to hotel was Confirmed by hotel/booking but nobody came. Dinner at Italian Resturant very poor, spent 3hours at the pool no staff at all (no drinks, nothing).

room charg 118$ and receptionst blucked 300$ from my cridet card he sayed 182$ is cridet dont know why another hote thay bluck 30to 50$ the hotel is very huge 744 rooms and look lettel rooms was booked so you feel discomfortable break fast options limited bathroom are very large 2.70*5.40 twilte are electrionic you have to aske how to use
