The hotel has an excellent location, all close by. At the same time, very quiet. The hosts are very friendly. The hotel has a small swimming pool, which was a plus, because my little children are not very interested in the ancient temples. The room had a huge bed and air conditioning worked well. If you are looking for accommodation in the center of Siem Reap is a great option

Staff always helpful and attentive, the ability to book tours from the hotel is always useful and the prices were good. Nice food offered at the property, close enough to pub street but also far enough away!

No TV have to have a netflix log on. no local free to air. Dogs running around in the reception and breakfast area.

My expectations were high after reviewing the photos online but after seeing it in person were a bit disappointing. The facilities were ok but the bathroom weren’t that clean. We books the villa for 5 people as a package but our rooms were on different levels.

A fair distance walk to the Pub Street. There’s a small lift which is convenient when you have luggages. The staff were ok. Seems like a family own business with 1-2 staff monitoring the entrance.

The side road it was in was a little off putting at first, but you got used to it.

The pool was smaller than expected. The sunbeds and parasols were dated but OK for a day of relaxing in the city.

Great location and value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shop next door arranged our trips, provided a cheap laundry service and had essentials to stock your fridge in your room. The rooms were huge and the shower was great!

Many mosquitos on the territory and in the room. A very noisy aircon. The room was not ready.The bed linen was dirty seems like it hadn't been changed after the previous guest. We checked in at around 5 pm and it's good that I noticed it almost immediately but not at night.The staff changed the linen after my complaint very fast, but the first impression of the hotel and my mood were spoiled. The hotel provided a free transfer from airport but didn't inform us we were obligated to buy the tour trip from that driver afterwards. It looked like we booked a taxi in advance without our permission. We did not know this unsaid rule and had a deal in advance with another tuk-tuk driver.The driver who brought us from the airport has been waiting for us every day near the hotel and was very unsatisfied when we took another taxi. It was a very unpleasant situation looked like we cheated on him because the hotel didn't pay him anything for our transfer.We were upset and our mood was ruined. In my opinion, the hotel is obliged to make a note that when ordering a free transfer, the guest must hire a driver for further movement around the city or pay him for a "free" transfer because the driver earns nothing

The room was dated and had old furniture. The mattress was new and so was the shower, but the settings in the shower are the wrong way round (Cold is Hot and Hot is Cold). We saw inside other rooms which looked more modern and updated, so maybe the room we stayed in was the one reserved for Booking.com. Perhaps try booking outside of Booking.com… A lady sleeps in reception on a sofa every night from about 21:30/22:00 which we found a bit strange. We had to wake her up for something one night and wasn’t too happy. Make sure you make your request before she goes to bed…

The location was pretty good, about 5 minute walk from Pub street, with many choices for food, drink or souvenir shopping. The staff are very friendly, the girl who works in the mornings always greets you with a smile and is very polite. The owner, he is also extremely nice and helpful. He helped us with a few things related to a bus pick-up. The pool area is lovely. Food was very (VERY) cheap in the restaurant in the hotel, with a wide variety of options.

Every time the lift was used, we heard the dinging noise of the lift, which became a bit annoying if we spent some time relaxing in our room. The owners wife wasn't very nice. We always said hello to her, but she often ignored us and usually had a sour look on her face, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Great location for getting around town. Near restaurants and Pub Street. Nice size room on the corner. Balcony was on the side street, so had some privacy. Bed was big and comfy. Large bathroom and great shower. Loy, the owner was very helpful with booking trips. His family and staff were friendly. Good value for money

The staff were very helpful and kind. We arrived in Siem Reap at 4.45 am in the night bus and got to the hotel by 5.10 am, they took us in without any hesitation and had the room ready for us by 8am. The location is also very central and walking distance from the city centre. Food is really cheap and value for money. The place is also good value for money and as we booked only for one night but wanted to stay another, the owner gave us a good discount for our 2nd night. All in all I would 10/10 recommend this place.
