location to bexco, clean rooms with very good beds and sheets, very soundproof quiet rooms. Excellent housekeeping, no matter what time you left always came back to a perfect bed and room.

beverage given only for the morning. At least 3 packs per day - morning, afternoon and evening. To improve on this provisions. Shampoo ran out on the 3rd day - to ensure full refilling when customer checks in on the first day. Has a small kitchen but no utensils not a fork or chopsticks. Our room was facing some sort like a boiler or compressor room. Very disturbing at night. Aircon was shut off and stuffy in the evening.

There was no separation between the entrance door where you leave your shoes and the room. So every time you stood up at night to go to the toilet the automatic light would turn on.

I loved the room. It was very spacious and nice. The bed was very comfortable.

There furniture was date and there were stains on the carpet but really very minor and didn’t affect our stay at all.

The room size was enough for our family of four. The hotel is next to Spaland, Shinsegae and Lotte Dept Store. We arrived in Busan early morning so we left our luggage at the hotel and went to Spaland instead until we were able to check-in. It is a bit far from Busan station but only few stops away from Haeundae beach and other major attractions are accessible from there by train. Really depends on your itinerary. There is a coffee shop and couple of convenience stores in the hotel. There are also a lot of restaurants around which were open til late. The coin laundry was very handy for us. Front desk was open 24 hours. Special mention to front desk guy Evan Lee. I accidentally left some items from our hotel room because our KTX was 6am so we were rushing. We were already in Seoul when I realised. Evan kindly organised my items to be posted to our hotel in Seoul! Talk about customer service! Thank you very much Evan and Haeundae Centum Hotel! Til we meet again.

Common corridor area from lift to room too dark.

Special thanks Evan Lee for his excellence service for extension of one more night and booking of bus limo service to the airport. Loved the clean and spacious Suite room.

Need chest of drawers in the main bedroom No desk No Iron and ironing board No knives and plates in the kitchen\ Need proper shower so that water does not drain on floor whenever the shower is used. Allow guest to plug tablet/computer/phone into TV. TV instructions in English would have been good.

Room was comfortable and A/C great. Kitchen and living areas very nice. Beds were comfortable. Liked the laminate flooring and marble bathrooms. Great large kitchen countertop. Washing machine was a plus!

Only 1 bedside table. Hallway is a bit dark. No bidet (some rooms in the same category have bidet). Room facilities seems to differ for room in the same category. Staff is not helpful in providing information about Busan.

The size of the room is big. Very near to BEXCO..Coffee Bean and convenient stores is in the building. Near metro station.

There's no real lobby. Don't meet there with business guests. No breakfast, but really a few good places just a few steps away. No WiFi in the lobby.

Typical City Hotel. A bit oldish, but really OK. Good WiFi. Perfect location for BEXCO and City Center Mall. Even Haeundae Beach is easy reachable. Good connection to Metro. And they have a direct airport bus as well. Comfortable rooms. Super market and coffee shop directly in hotel. Very fast lifts.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed any indication. The hotel is next to SpaLand, several malls and a Museum and there are also plenty of transportation options (subway and buses) around the corner so you can reach other parts of Busan easily.
