Shampoo ran out on the 3rd day - to ensure full refilling when customer checks in on the first day. Has a small kitchen but no utensils not a fork or chopsticks. Our room was facing some sort like a boiler or compressor room. Very disturbing at night. Aircon was shut off and stuffy in the evening.

AustraliaThere furniture was date and there were stains on the carpet but really very minor and didn’t affect our stay at all.
The room size was enough for our family of four. The hotel is next to Spaland, Shinsegae and Lotte Dept Store. We arrived in Busan early morning so we left our luggage at the hotel and went to Spaland instead until we were able to check-in. It is a bit far from Busan station but only few stops away from Haeundae beach and other major attractions are accessible from there by train. Really depends on your itinerary. There is a coffee shop and couple of convenience stores in the hotel. There are also a lot of restaurants around which were open til late. The coin laundry was very handy for us. Front desk was open 24 hours. Special mention to front desk guy Evan Lee. I accidentally left some items from our hotel room because our KTX was 6am so we were rushing. We were already in Seoul when I realised. Evan kindly organised my items to be posted to our hotel in Seoul! Talk about customer service! Thank you very much Evan and Haeundae Centum Hotel! Til we meet again.

Allow guest to plug tablet/computer/phone into TV. TV instructions in English would have been good.

Typical City Hotel. A bit oldish, but really OK. Good WiFi. Perfect location for BEXCO and City Center Mall. Even Haeundae Beach is easy reachable. Good connection to Metro. And they have a direct airport bus as well. Comfortable rooms. Super market and coffee shop directly in hotel. Very fast lifts.
