Instructions or guide on the wall switches would help on what is it used for. Most of it are for the lights, but for others I didn't bother as I didn't know what it does.

Allowed me to leave my luggage ahead of check-in time. Provided all important info prior checking-in and give some additional info during check-in. Super clean! Heated bed and floor. Water purifier (free water) The view ^.^

The location is a bit inconvenient, as it is a bit of a walk from the subway but at least I got my steps in. However, wear comfortable shoes if you are trekking up those hills during snowy weather.

The guesthouse has quite an unique aesthetic to it which I loved. The staff speaks perfect English and are very welcoming. I especially loved meeting the house cats (Latte & Oreo) and dogs (Popcorn & Candy). There is also a lounging area where you can read, chill, play with the pets, and do some crafts. The rooms are very cozy and clean and perfect for large groups as well.

The owner is very friendly and there are cute dogs. Location is good (subway station and a lot of bars and resturants nearby), but it is hard to go to the guesthouse with baggage, because it's located on top of the hill. Clean and comfortable room with nice view.

Pretty high up a steep hill to drag luggage there. Couldn’t get a larger cab out because it’s too inconvenient. Some cabs don’t want to bring you up the hill too.

The place is located pretty high and getting there on foot with heavy luggage may be problematic for some, some sheets, towels and fabrics were old and had stains, some objects were rusted

The beds were very uncomfortable, stiff and couldn't rest peoperly. The room was small and the location was close to the subway (around 10 minutes), but you need to climb a hill very high, which is very uncomfortable, especially if you have big luggage. Our view was a building on construction, so nothing nice to see.

The place is convenience. I have almost everything I need within 5 minutes walking. Convenience store, cafe, restaurant… The view is also nice and the place is quite too.

The air condition placement is very unfortunate (directly blows at the head of the bed). Shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom which means water is flowing everywhere.

They were very flexible and allowed us to check in early at no cost. There is a very nice rooftop terrace and spacious common areas.

For elderly people it would very difficult to get to the property as it's listed on the very top of a very hight hill.

Amazing view, quite environment, firefly canteen on the main floor with everyone gathering there for a friendly chat. Cosy mattresses and pillow. Has everything you need. Metro is 7 minutes away, lot's restraints, caffeterrias and minimarts. Definitely worth every penny. You'll enjoy it! Location is 3-4 metro stations ways from the main buss terminals and historical places in the downtown.

Nothing to do with the accommodation, but make sure to take the paved road up since the hill is quite steep and there are also routes with stairs going up, which can be tricky with heavy luggage. The accommodation provides free towels, however they are quite small, so if you like larger towels, better bring your own. (;

Great value for money! Especially good for longer stays because it's quite spacious and has a well equipped kitchen area. We were two people and stayed in one of the little apartments so we each had our own room. The location is also amazing: There's a great view from the rooftop terrace, everything you need is in the neighborhood (convience stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc.), and you have Mapo station about a 10 minute walk away.

Very small towels, tricky to dry off after a shower!
