Was never in favour of their bathroom taps (one knob for hot water and another knob for cold water). It was very difficult to moderate the water temperature. Similarly, the bathtub is rather high to climb into. It would’ve been great if there are room options with standing shower bays instead to make it safer for elderly.

Had a subpar experience 9 months ago and was glad to find that the hotel had made some improvements to make my current stay a more pleasant one. The service of the staff was superb and very friendly. Their English proficiency was excellent as well. The toilet was finally fitted with a bidet and room was very clean.

I had to pay extra (not much) to get a room with a view of garden. The room I was given looked straight into the building next door. Very close.

It was a perfect area to walk to everything we wanted to see. Palaces, Buchon area, with street vendors everywhere and loads of coffee shops.

The bed unfortunately. Very hard and difficult to sleep in, subsequent hotel in Japan was same, hard.

Room clean and comfortable. Staff lovely and very helpful, breakfast each morning was good and staff friendly and happy to chat. Location was great, walking distance to the two palaces where we spent our first day. Taxis were great to travel around Seoul. It was so helpful to have a washer drier in the room, we were able to do our laundry before moving on. Hotel also had a small convenience store which we used several times and a restaurant, I have been to Italy before but this restaurant made the best lasagne I have ever had yum!

There is no room cleaning service and change of towels on every Sunday and there is no Air Con in the room during the spring season. The food choices available for breakfast served in this facility are limited day by day. You might get bored with the food choices when you have breakfast for five consecutive days or more.

The room have a great view of the Gyeongbokgung Palace and its surrounding. There is a billiards table and children playing room on the second floor of this service apartment. The counter staff are very courteous and provide very fast and efficient services. This service apartment is located near the Insadong and Gyeongbokgung Palace area.

Not much of a view despite being on a high floor. The room was at 26 degrees Celsius when we arrived and remained at 23 Celsius at bed time; I didn't see an a/c remote. Noise from the wind was loud in the room. Mattress for the single bed was too firm. Temperature in the breakfast restaurant was also too warm.

Great location and spacious, clean accomodations. I only briefly heard neighboring guests. Parking was easy and early parking was accomodated. Reception desk was friendly. Breakfast staff was attentive and coffee was good. Enjoyed the pool table and fitness room.

The hotel is a bit dated which wasn't a problem for us, however, there was a large spot on the carpet in the main bedroom and the wooden floor in the living room area was very scratched up. There were also some spots from water damage on the ceiling and some loose texture/ bubbling.

We really liked the location of the hotel, near several palaces and areas that we wanted to see. We enjoyed the spaciousness of our room and that it had separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a washing machine to do laundry. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, especially the staff running the breakfast area. The room was also very clean.

The location of this hotel is very good due to the proximity to the Palace, a very famous Buddhist Temple and a shopping street with plenty of very nice restaurants and small shops. The room was big, very clean and comfy. All staff were friendly and very helpful to assist us e.g. to book taxis for sightseeing-tours outside of Seoul.

I wish they'd put toiletries in the room when a guest arrives (there was no body soap in the bathroom when I checked in). The staff wasn't as proactive as I would have hoped they'd be when I requested their help with booking another night at the hotel after my flight was cancelled.

Amazing location, comfortable bed, nice facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, lounge, pool). They clean the room daily.

There isn't a single thing that I didn't like. Everything was perfect just like how i expected it to be

Check-in was very smooth and it took less than 3 minutes. The same goes for the check-out process. The room was well-maintained, clean and spacious. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful.

The BED!!!!! Usually my husband and I do not sleep sound in the hotel, the bed we slept at this hotel was not only huge but also so comfortable. Also, WASHING/DRYER in the apartment, we were staying while a lot of raining was in Seoul and all wet clothings were nicely cleaned and dried :). Definitely staying again.

All 3 Hot Tubs were never up to temperature indicated they should be. To be honest they were cold.
