Cleanliness of room should be improved. Chlorine smell on bath towels is unacceptably strong. Towels are old and ripped.

There is one issue in the room that I stay at 817, the sink in the toilet is not working well., water seem like not flow well it take time for water to flow down on the 1st day, 2nd day I try use but it get worse cos till the 3rd day morning it still have water inside the sink. End up I only use the sink outside to brush teeth or wash face. Please solve this issues

Location is a plus point which is very near to DPP,, and sparex sauna is round that area and lots of food to eat as wel and also airport transfer is in front the hotel l 😀😀😀😀

The shower head hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The build up on every sprayer was so bad that half of it didn’t work.

I liked the location a lot. The airport bus drops off right out front and it’s close to the subway.

1. Additional deposit (10K Won) for one more key card 2. No hanger in the bathroom for clothes 3. No bathroom curtain to avoid water spilling over the whole bathroom 4. No re-fill for tea bags nor instant coffee bags 5. No toothbrush nor toothpaste provided (better alert the resident during the booking) 6. Wardrobe is occupying too much space which can be better utilized for other purposes

1. Great Location (3 mins walk to Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Subway Station where 3 Lines are intersected: Line 2, 4 & 5) 2. Microwave is helping a lot for DIY breakfast. 3. Airport shuttle bus (Route 6001 bus stop is just outside the Hotel). 4. Quiet and tidy room with cooking utensils, plates and mugs 5. Drinking Machine (Hot & Cold) is available outside Room 3 of each floor 6. Big water sink for washing fruits or even clothes in kitchenette

The bed was quite small (smaller than normal queen size) & not comfortable too. Bathroom is very small too.

The location is good! Around 5 mins walking to DDP exit 12.

There is certainly room for some renovations in the room, especially in the bathroom. The shower head was above the toilet, and the drainage was close to the door. I had a fast check-in, and the staff spoke just a bit of English.

I enjoyed the location the most. Close to a lot of supermarkets, bars, and restaurants; it's a very lively neighborhood. However, there were also constructions on site next to the hotel, causing some noise. Apart from that, the hotel is very basic, lacking all amenities in the rooms, which you can buy at a vending machine downstairs. A good stay overall, but I would choose another hotel next time.

The place is quite comfortable if you’re a solo traveller although might be a bit cramped if there’s two. Furnitures and fittings are dated although still working. Downside too is that the room is not cleaned every day (rubbish are taken towels changed daily).

Very good location and just across the airport bus stop. Although if you’re travelling during peak hour, it might be better taking the airport train instead of the bus due to traffic. Convenient location too if you’re taking the metro and bus. Loads of options for restaurants and foreign exchange. Good water pressure in the shower which is a plus.

The building is old and not well maintained. The bathroom had dirty grout. Price per night is expensive so you’re better off going for another hotel.

Feeling hot in the elevator and in the 14th floor corridor because air conditioner did'nt work. Cleaning lady can't communicate properly.

The staff doesn’t really speak good english. We tried to ask for their help so we can get food delivered but there was no one to help us.

There is an airport limousine bus in front of the hotel. So going to the hotel from incheon airport is easy specially if you have a lot of luggages with you.
