It was so nice and new, it really felt like a five star hotel. Super affordable price too. The room had two universal phone chargers and a HUGE tv Also, the toiletries kit included a face mask and there were a couple cookies along with the tea and coffee mix.

The A/C worked very well, but on our second stay it was too noisy and we could not use it at night. We only got small towels, but it would have been nice to have larger ones. There were not bedside tables, sockets or light controls on both sides of the bed. A shower curtain or screen would be beneficial. It was great to have a washing machine, but without a dryer it was not as convenient as it could have been. Whilst the beds were perfectly clean and benefitted from mattress and pillow protectors, it meant the air could not escape from the pillows; therefore they felt a little inflated and uncomfortable.

This is a very good quality hotel; we stayed twice for one night on either side of ferry journeys. The member of staff who greeted us was really friendly and very helpful. He helped us to use the washing machine, which was free to use, and had our key waiting for us on our return. The bedroom was spacious and clean with lots of additional amenities. Nice bathroom and shower. The bathroom toiletries were of excellent quality. The location is quite far from both the train station and ferry port; it is manageable on buses and not to expensive for a taxi. There are few restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Checking in was a little difficult as you have to call for them to come. Also there was a confusion as the lady couldn't find the booking. The shower was a little annoying cause it's a bath tub rather than free standing shower. The towels provided was small (hand towel) so it was kinda not enough to use one.

The bed was comfy. The size of the room was good. There was lots of toiletries. Location is close to the water and have supermarket across from it. They run a free laundry but there is no dryer and you have to buy your own detergent. They also have Netflix and your own WiFi (according to your room).

This place was a breath of fresh air. The owner is super helpful and speaks English. The hotel is clean and has comfortable beds. The local area is nice to walk around and it is an easy transit ride most places. I will definitely stay here again.

If there is a commotion in the corridors you can hear it. I’m sure someone was unwell in the early hours of the morning in the corridor.

The hotel is actually really pretty and neat. You get a bunch of essentials for your stay and there is room cleaning services available everyday. The location is also very convenient as there are a lot of tourists places within 30 minutes by bus or walking distance. There is also a halaal restaurant close to the hotel called Curry Story. This was super convenient for us.

the position was a bit far away from the harbor

the room was full of gadgets and little things, like all sort of creams and essentials for the bathroom. also the bed was super comfortable. it even has a sort of fridge that straighten your clothes and disinfect them. we had fun experimenting everything!

Very close to big supermarket, so easy to buy food. Very clean, big parking lot. There is an air-dresser in the room, really cool thing to have in a hotel!
