There is a foot bat included in the price, we didn’t manage to get it as it was fully booked and we stayed only for 2 days. It would be nice if we would be informed at the reception desk that we need to book it immediately, otherwise it doesn’t really make sense to offer it. Breakfast could offer more choices.

Perfect location if you’re looking for a quiet place in a beautiful location. Large rooms, spa bathtub, comfortable beds, very nice staff.

Breakfast: not enough, there is no choice, at most you can combine everything together in a sandwich or something similar, the coffee can also be improved.

A wonderful family hotel. Small and cozy. Territory: enough for a walk, there is a trampoline, a children's and an adult pool (only works in the warm season), a hammock, a children's soccer goal. The room: quite spacious, has its own small kitchen and all the utensils, pots, pans, etc., large and comfortable bed, pillows, nice view from the window; there is a terrace, also a working jacuzzi, which massages the muscles quite well after walking. There is a parking lot for those with a car The staff is friendly and friendly to visitors.

Good countryside vibe, well maintained. Kids trampoline came in very handy. Our room has an outdoor bath tub which we enjoyed using as a family. Breakfast is simple but enough to enjoy and start the day comfortably. Staff service is great. Will need a car to get around.

The hotel was very well located and had all the necessary services nearby (laundry; shops etc; bus stops). The breakfest was very good and everything was on time - nice mix of continental and Korean food. But the most important- very helpful, friendly and nice reception staff! We highly recommend!

Scenic facing the sea and the lighthouse is within 7 mins walk away. Hotel is quite new and very nice. It’s a quiet and serene place. Love it. Get the room with the ensuite jacuzzi, u will enjoy it.

I love the view, buffet breakfast, amenities and the room itself. Super clean. Also, the front desk staff was able to help me order chicken since I don’t speak korean. Will stay here again when I visit Jeju next time :)

Excellent location and view from our apartment. We had the spa apartment, it was huge!! Breakfast was great and staff were so helpful. Our hire car broke down and the staff helped us out. Highly recommend this place in winter and I’m sure summer would be great with the pool!

It was a cosy stay..Best to come to this hotel via car. The staff were exceptional. I left behind my son's winter wear and had flew to Seoul when they contacted me and made arrangements to send it back to me. They were very prompt in their reply and went beyond to assist me. Well done team! (:

There are not many restaurants near the resort. Need to make sure that you have your dinner first before back to the hotel.

The resort is far from the city, so it is quiet. Although it is far from the city, but it is near so some popular spots like the Camelia hill & Manoreu Blanc cafe. The room is big and equipped with jacuzzi too. There is a nice view of the sea from the room. We enjoyed our stay there.

The signages leading to the hotel can be clearer. Some hinges of doors were loose. Futon beds can be thicker

No korean spa! We thought 'spa' meant a full korean style not just a-water spa. No netflix but not a huge concern really. Maybe change the breakfast a little each day.

The road turning to the resort was a bit hard to spot. We got a bit lost when we arrived on the first night and missed the signboard.
