We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AzerbaijanThe WiFi at the premises was terrible, speaking frankly. I think they have to review this. Plus the cellular coverage was weak inside the uilding as well, and I do not know why. They could have at least install the signal duplicator and strengthen the WiFi. That is I think the only remarkable negative side I faced during my stay. Furniture was quite old, but fine. Also, the amenities in room were weak I beleive. They only had few teabags next to the kettle, two sugar packs.
The breakfast: Great, probably the only place (comparing to where I stayed before) serving breakfast from 5AM. Usually in other places it start at 7. This one was very convenient for me as I had to leave Hotel at 7 and had my breakfast at 6:30. The place itself is quite and location is great. Was too close to my meeting place (10 min).

KazakhstanCleaners speak a bit loud in the corridor. Wish they were a bit quiet. The room was too hot. Opening window would make it too cold too. So it was bit of a struggle. I also wish I could order food 24/7, which was not the case.
It was clean. Great location. Good and polite staff.

Germanyso, where to start: perhaps with the air conditioning, which was out of order on the day when the outside temperature was over 40 degrees celsius? it was impossible to be in the room, let alone sleep; the front desk was reluctant to admit that there were problems with the air conditioning throughout the hotel and it took them more than 24 hours to fix it; the staff was unfriendly, unprofessional and unattentive; didn't even say hello and then messed up my reservation and booking information and came to my room and asked me if I planned to vacate the room after one night even though I booked and paid for two nights at the hotel; the internet was also very slow and there was really no hot water in the shower, maybe only lukewarm after waiting for some time; terrible breakfast, all food of a very poor below average quality except Syrniki which were good; no staff at breakfast at all and no refills in time; everything in the room was old and dated; terrible bed lines and towels; not recommended at all!
