We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongOne morning, someone opened the door to our room, immediately realized we were in there and left.
The breakfast was good and tasty. The staffs were nice and understanding, gave us the corner room with a good view of the river and the city. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and big. The location is far off the center of the city, but we really enjoyed the view and the surrounding. You can go for a comfortable and quiet walk along the river and visit the park.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay .front office staff particularly Gabit and Batyrkhan were exceptional in politeness , courteous and most importantly helpful to guide for places to visit and arranging transport .It is Gabit and Batyrkhan employees who are true brand ambassadors of this hotel .No doubt it is gets a 9.1 rating ! al a carte breakfast was great too

KazakhstanThe furniture, carpet and bathroom are outdated / old and the room requires a refurbishment, e.g. sofa and chair were with some marks from coffee or other stuff and it was not pleasant to sit on them. The stay was for three nights and the room was cleaned only once (other days bins were only emptied and new shampoo & gel were placed). The doors are very noisy and can be heard when neighbouring room doors are opened / closed. There are no amenities such as a kettle, tea cups, spoons etc. in the room, and only 0.5 water bottle is placed daily as a compliment. There are no mini markets nearby (the nearest Magnum mini market is about 20-25 mins of walking distance). There is currently a construction work is ongoing next to the hotel.
The staff were very friendly and always ready to help you out. The location is very good with a very good view to the river and park. The hotel is located far from the main roads and hence it is quiet. The breakfast was good as well.
