Getting to the hotel presented a bit of a challenge. We took the train from Innsbruck to Feldkirch then travelled by bus into Liechtenstein where we transferred to another bus that took us to Triesenberg. The bus portion added approximately an hour and a half travel but it simply added to the adventure which was fine.

The hotel is situated in a very small and picturesque village; the view of the valley and the mountains of Switzerland beyond were spectacular. The hotel fits nicely into the surroundings with its traditional design. The interior is modern cottage; kitchen and bathroom appliances are updated and our room was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was top notch and the service was exceptional. We saw no staff other than the pleasant woman who prepared our eggs and served others breakfast. Check in is done through a digital kiosk which was new to us but easy enough to navigate. The village of Triesenberg has only a few restaurants; we ate dinner at Hotel Kulm where the staff happily accommodated us with vegetarian and vegan meals. We later sat outside and drank Gluwein with some of the locals who were as friendly as ever.

The only thing we disliked was the fact that the hotel did not have an elevator. Access to the third floor was through stairs and you will have to carry your luggage up. Breakfast was certainly not fabulous as stated on the website. It's your typical European breakfast.

We'd love to how the hotel was staffless, with exception to cleaning and food crew. Reception is done through a small kiosk in the lobby. We kept joking around about how we're going to be served breakfast by a bunch of robots. Everything was absolutely clean and modern.

The room was quite stuffy but if the door was open to long the noise from the church bells were quite loud! apart from that great nights sleep!

whilst we were a bit taken aback at the self service check in, it was very straightforward! the room was a great size and spotless, with thoughtful extras such as a plug adaptor. The views were incredible and the bed very comfortable. there were a couple of bars and restaurants within easy walking access. Breakfast was also good and the staff friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay!

Nice hotel about 12 mins driving from Vaduz, on the hill with great views. 24 hrs self check in was easy and very convenient. Everything was clean, good breakfast, nice staff and free coffee & tea in "self serve" bar available all day long what felt extra nice! Room and facility was clean and they think ahead to make your stay confortable and easy, for example they automatically provide electric plug convertor per room to accommodate for guests from other European countries.

Breakfast is good with a handful of selection. Bread is freshly baked. Staff is very friendly. Omellete with spring onion is quite good too. Nice view.

Loved everything! Exceeded my expectations in all aspects!🥰😍 Was so enamored with Lichtenstein as well as the hotel itself that I booked an extra night! I'll be returning sooner than later & would love to have that room again
