Only had the fan room so personally found things a little warm. Was ok in the night but fan could get a bit noisy on higher setting for a good sleep. You might want to go for a.c. room. A few bugs in the bathroom but that is a common thing in Sri Lanka.

Good sized room and bathroom. Location is off a side street to the busier road where you can find lots of bars and restaurants 5min away but it is still quiet. The beach is only 10min away. Excellent value for money. They also had drinking water for sale on site. Really have to praise the staff. They were very friendly and relaxed. I managed to lose one of my earphones back at the room but they still found it for me and posted it on to my next destination. Thank you!

Really nice room with comfortable bad and big bathroom. You have a mosquito net and the mattress is really big and cosy. The place is clean and you have fans to make you feel fresh in the night. The place is quite central but calm and silent to sleep. The lady offered us a fresh juice when we arrive even if it was late evening. Really good welcome for us.

We had a great stay in Mirissa, even though for just one night as we noticed that despite the awesome hotel we did not like the vibe of the town. The room however was one of it's kind. super nice and comfy bed, the charme of an outdoor shower but covered and when the internet wouldn't work properly the hosts went all out and managed to find another router to help extend the reach a bit more. I highly recommend this hotel!

This place is amazing! Very clean, good location off of the main road but close enough to everything. Really comfortable, our room had plenty of space for our backpacks, nice use of table outside of the room. The wifi was iffy the first night, and then decided to work well for the remaining time. Would 100% recommend this place! They even have a cute 4 month old pup!

The wifi was a little poor but manageable.

The host (The Lady) was super-friendly & always smiling. The property was at the city centre but still had its own privacy. The rooms & bathroom was very clean & spacious. The breakfast was exceptional. Worth the money!

Unfortunately it was very loud at night, because the walls are so thin, that you can hear the neighbours very clear.

Fan wasn't working in the non-AC room which made it unlivable. The owner couldn't get it fixed, but was able to refund the entire amount of the room. There were cockroaches and lizards in the bathrooms of some of the rooms.

Close proximity to the beach. AC rooms were a blessing. Owner stays right opposite to the rooms so can ask him anything anytime. We wanted water once at night and he was kind enough to provide us water and didn't charge us for it.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They went out of their way to accommodate us. Satisfying breakfast with fresh fruits and a variety of Sri Lankan dishes. Wifi was the best we have had in Sri Lanka - fast and reliable. Little walking distance from the beach but close to the best roti place in town (No 1 Dewmini) and other restaurants. Only minus was the other rather noisy tourists. Apart from that we can only recommend this homestay!
