Room : spacious, clean & comfortable Pool: large enough but took long time open in the morning. Pool was not ready even at 8 AM Breakfast: Good for the price. both local & English options were available in buffet style but not much tasty.

The corridors and swimming pool were not maintained properly. Although they have an elevator, it was not functioning during our stay. The car park is located outside the hotel premises opposite the hotel accessible by outsiders, therefore is not secured and in soft soil ground, making it inconvenient to use during bad weather. And no direct access to the beach.

Rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The food is good. Staff are very kind and helpful. There are plenty of nearby restaurants available within walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay with my husband, and I would like to give a special thanks to all the friendly hotel staff. The breakfast was delicious with an option for Sri Lankan or English breakfast . The location is great, it’s located near the shops, restaurants and beach. The swimming pool is very big, and really refreshing & relaxing! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here when we go to Arugam Bay again.

Out of their control totally but didn't really feel like there was an option to get something to eat there, but that's an off season thing I'm sure, but great looking generous menu I wanted to order from... The "gym" needed some love but all good one learns to Improvise...

Came out of season so I there wasn't much of an atmosphere; which is unfortunate, cos it would be definitely a great, comfortable beachside hotel with a big party or a fuller house 👍🏼👍🏼 Nice room, pool and area nice and close to the beach. Staff were very friendly

1. The room was very noisy. It was at the ground floor close to the reception (garden area), which includes two lobby areas. You can hear everything from inside the room as the glass door doesn't insulate. On the other side, hotel staff call out to each other in the corridors and you can hear it all inside the room, you can even hear when someone moves a chair in another room. Earplugs are a must. 2. Breakfast was less than average. I had breakfast elsewhere on most days even though it was included

Very clean and high quality place, especially compared to other options in Arugam Bay. Staff was most helpful with everything. Breakfast had everything from western to typical Sri Lankan options.

Swimming pool is great - a must for the heat. There aren’t many pools in Arugam. Location is ok. Buffet breakfast very good.

Room was nice and clean, the staff at the reception extremely polite and always willing to help. I even got a message from them a few days after I left to check if my travelling is going well and if I've made it back home safe, very kind of you!

Weak stream water at the shower. Slow Wi-Fi surfing speed, and an inconvenient need to enter a new password every day.

The staff guys were great, every little request is treated quickly. The room is large and spacious. The cleaning is very good.

The gym was dissapointing and we couldn't adjust the weight of the machine to use, the mechanism had seized. There was also a very annoying noise very regularly from the lift, so recommend a room well away from the lift.

Breakfast was very good and left us full all day. Our room was exceptionally clean and was made up every day for us. The pool was lovely and towels were provided. Staff are very friendly and helpful with local information etc.

I have booked 2 rooms with a balcony, yet we were given ground floor rooms, which were wet, full of mosquitoes, smelled of mould, and staff claimed they had no other room with balcony available. It was a 32-room, 2 floor facility and there were only 8 guests. I can not understand why someone would risk getting bad reviews by offering the worst possible rooms to their guests when they could avoid it by simply offering good rooms. We finally got 2 nice rooms on the 2nd floor, but AC in one of them wasn't working well.

Good location, very nice pool, FANTASTIC breakfast - the best we have had in Sri Lanka. Nice rooms with a balcony, a lift. Very nice outdoor space, lots of sun beds, pool towels available.
