Bathrooms were a bit hot and the room in front was on the hotter side struggling to get the temp down with the AC, nevertheless this was a minor issue as there were enough beds in the other room!

Wow, what a place. I had such a restful and peaceful stay here! After travelling around Sri Lanka for 3 weeks, I booked 3 nights here to rest and I am so glad I did. First of all, the hosts are just wonderful. They are everything you would expect from 5* hospitality and more. They made me feel as though I was staying with long lost family whilst still being so respectful of my privacy - they did not over impose at all. It really felt like having the best of both the hotel and guesthouse worlds. They made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped out of the taxi! The room was the cleanest room I’ve stayed in whilst travelling here - I felt so comfortable. The views were incredible and the outside shower was so cool - showering with a view!! Pressure and temperature were both great. The hosts asked me when I wanted to have breakfast each morning the day before and it was always delicious, with different fruit every day! If I could’ve stayed longer, I would have. This was the best booking I’ve made for a while and I was very sad to leave. Thank you so much and I hope to come back one day!!

Our two hosts were remarkably friendly, attentive and helpful. While the accommodation is located on the outskirts of Kandy (and is thus very quiet - a big plus in our opinion), the city centre and all the major sights are easily reachable by tuktuk. Our corner room with a balcony had a beautiful view over the river and the surrounding countryside. The breakfast - especially the fresh fruit - was delicious, varied and more than we could eat.

I was here with four friends of mine and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast and dinner were really excellent, we were greeted very warmly and the two landlords are incredibly great people. I would come back anytime, I can only recommend this accommodation. PS: They had the best lime juice I've ever tasted, absolutely incredible.

Stunning location with beautiful surroundings. The food was delicious, and the host went above and beyond to adapt the menu to our vegan requirements. The hotel kindly arranged our transfer to Kandy to catch the train the next morning, taking away all the stress and hassle. It is really easy to come to the villa through the main road and it takes only around 15 minutes to reach the Kandy town. I highly recommend this place which has a great hospitality towards with Selena.

We had an excellent rest, which was what my friend needed. The views were spectacular and just to sit on the balcony and take everything in was marvellous. The hosts catered to our every need, preparing separate meals for my friend who could not eat chillies. As she struggled with the steps they served breakfast on our balcony. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

The only little down part was the access road (very easy with a tuktuk, not so easy with a car) and the blinds of the bathroom's window (a bit old). Overall I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was amazing! They offer a room for our personal driver. The view was so beautiful! We sleep very well.
