The lady helping with breakfast and checkout was super nice. Breakfast was satisfactory. The bed was extremely comfortable, I had a great night’s sleep.

The only issue I had was that checkout begins at 5 pm, however, between the timings of 2:30 pm to 5 pm, the entire property is locked and there is no one available at the reception. I arrived at 3 pm hoping to drop off my bags until check-in, however, there was no one.

The staff is very friendly. Room was quiet, clean and had amenities. It is outside of the city centre, in a quiet residential neighbourhood but the bus stop is right outside the hotel and buses come every 10-20 minutes (and is free in Luxembourg) and takes around 20-45 minutes to reach tourist locations in Luxeumbourg city.

Hotel: no elevator, too difficult when you have a baby and luggages

There was no view, and the shower could have done with a refresh. In addition, it is quite far from the popular side of town if you are travelling after midnight as the busses are much less frequent.

It is walking distance to the town (about 20 minutes), but there is a bus stop right outside. For a single room it was a good size, and there was plenty of bedding/heaters if anyone was cold.

The 6pm check in is a bit of an inconvenience it is under the flight path but the planes don't run to late in to the night.

Food was good in the restaurant. We never saw any staff member twice but they were all nice bus stop outside to city centre.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, rooms were neat and clean and the host were very welcoming, the bus stop was right opposite to the hotel with good connectivity to all the important locations in the main city. They also have a restaurant which serves good Italian food and excellent coffee. Overall good experience and absolutely value for your money.

The price was good compared to the service, especially the breakfast. The only problem was the noise of the plane because the hotel is near the airport. But this is not a problem because Luxembourg is a small city and this problem may be in other hotels as well. Very good heating and cooling system. Every day your room will be cleaned like a private apartment. It makes you feel good .

The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in the room next door - not ideal! Room was small but this wasn't really an issue as I was travelling alone.

Nice little hotel with a very good Italian restaurant attached. It's not that far from the centre of the city - it took me 40 mins to walk from the train station (or you can catch a bus there for free). Also easy access to the airport.

My socks rolled under the bed and I think they never thought of checking under it when cleaning. There was a faint sewer smell on the stairs up. I suggest placing a potpourri or some deodoriser that area.

The staff were nice, a bit reluctant to speak english. But was a good chance to practice my italian. Bus stop was just by the hotel and 30mins walk to the center.

The late check-in was a bit difficult, although there was a person at reception when we were there and he was very helpful. The church bells were very loud at 7am, which woke us up. More pillows were needed for two people in the bed too.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. From the man at check-in to all the people at breakfast and working in the restaurant. The restaurant joined to the hotel was extremely good too and had very generous portions. The public transport is free and the bus drops you off right in front of the hotel.

The window was broken and we were unable to fully close it during a really cold night (snowed in the morning) and the nearby church bell rang early in the morning, so it was uncomfortable. The shower door was difficult to close, clearly old.

The breakfast was really good. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were 2 buses right in front of the door directly to the city center.

I think it would be nice to do something with sound insulation. Maybe the windows can't prevent the noise from airplanes, but it's not really OK to hear somebody's sneezing or somebody's alarm clock like it's right next wall. For me it was the only mishap.
