Great location next to old town, Riga market and Riga central station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, and there was a good selection at the breakfast bar.

We tried the restaurant the first night, and the serving was quite slow. The restaurant was not busy, but it took very long to order and get our food. The dish I had served was not finished and taken back to the kitchen. What I ordered was advertised as chicken gyros but it was not, and it did not taste good at all. When we were paying, the waitress was on her phone and not paying attention, so another waitress had to go tell her to come to our table.

Excellent location, close to everything. The staff at reception were so helpful, special thanks to Amanda who checked us in! The rooms were spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food. Housekeeping was very efficient cleaning our room while we were having breakfast. The hotel is stunning, and such good value for the price. The gym was nice.

my room was quite small, even though the price I had paid was a little bit higher than that of some of my colleagues - but they had a bigger room... the price policy of hotels, in general, does not always seem to follow logical aspects, especially with different booking portals.

Bad coffee at breakfast, we tried a few different ones but none was good. Room doors are very loud and the sound isolation between rooms could be better.

Nice size of the room, big bathroom. Sound isolation to the street very good, between the rooms not so much. Nice breakfast, good variety. Excellent location, close to the old town, river and train station, with bus stop to the airport right in front of the hotel.

The room was very clean and nice. The bus from the airport has a stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel is close to the city centre. Most sights are in walking distance. We booked the room also with dinner which was ideal. We loved the stay in Riga and will definitely come back!

Very nice service, lobby bar with really excelent food and great drinks with professional waiter, very nice and rich area in lobby and main entrace, large room, facilities. I could only recommend to visit this hotel.
