Quilts were a touch on the small side. No milk sachets or coffee, so could not have a morning / evening coffee, I had to go round the corner to a local coffee bar

The location although its very near to the city’s old town, there were construction just near the hotel and i wouldnt say at night the location is the safest

In a morning cleaning staff ( all staff we met ) have never greeted us. They have just ignored us even though they recognized us. Every thing without this event I really liked this hotel. This things is a pity for this nice hotel.

Couldn't adjust the air condition temperature. It was too hot to sleep with 24c in the room.

The only con is the stairs down inside the room (not all rooms have them). I forgot about them a few times and stumbled.

The hotel is in the city center, close to the old part, close to public transport. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. It is large, spacious, the rooms are nice, clean, cleaned every day. Large selection at breakfast. pleasant staff who speak good English. There were no problems with leaving the luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Although the reception helped me with the check in, I did not completely get instructed of the other amenities (like gym, etc.). Breakfast is ok, nothing spectacular with the selection. When I arrived, the toilet was clean but it was not flushed properly (I am just being too nit picky).

The location is the best thing in this hotel. Its very close to coach station, mall and public transport. Also, just a walking distance to Old Town. The room is very nice and it does not feel too big for a single traveler. The overlooking from the room of the old town (and the hotel) is also really nice touch.

The hotel looks modern and is located approx. 10 minutes away from the bus station. The room is spacious, the facilities are complete. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

I did not enjoy the dry air I had in the room. And pillows were not comfortable enough.

I really liked breakfast. The gym is amazing. It has everything I needed except the bar and heavy dumbbells (over 20 KG). Noise isolation is great.
