The room amenities had single use packaging (small disposable bottles for shampoo, etc). Not that it was bad but the bigger dispensers would have been a more sustainable option. Also, there is a room service charge of €3.50 to ask for things to get brought up to the room.

The location was great—they have an exit directly leading to the old town, walking distance to the central market, and close to public transport (especially the airport bus A22). Our room was good sized for a couple with a baby (with a cot), very clean, and well-equipped. We did not interact with the staff a lot but they were friendly when we did. The breakfast was great—there were continental and local options, and a good selection of coffee and tea. Also, champagne on the weekends! The staff at the restaurant were also really great.

Bathroom door should be normal door. Sliding door is too hard to use with sore hands. We had dinner in hotel too. Would be nice if menu could be different more often. We ate there 5 evenings Also water would be included for dinner price.

In the bathroom, the tap with two knobs should be replaced with a faucet with a mixer. The customer will be more comfortable and water consumption will be lower.

Very good ration price vis hotel/comfort and location. Doubled windows-so there is no noice caused by buses,trains,tramways. Location is absolutly tremendous, close to railway station, bus station and old town(in fact , when you use the hidden doors near luggage room You are on the nice street of old town!). Beds are comfortable. Breakfasts are sufficient. Coffee was ok. Very nice internal patio.

The rim of the bath was high and it was difficult to get in and out. The air conditioning only worked as a fan for the first two days, it did not cool the air. In the bathroom the heater was constantly hot, you couldn't turn it off, if you weren't careful you could easily touch it because it was right next to the toilet.

We liked the location of the hotel, downtown, public transport were very close. Very nice, attentive, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice. The room was spacious, great soundproofing, you couldn't hear any of the noise from the busy road. We liked that the window could be opened, we could ventilate the room.

Althoug not a big issue...how the ironing board is being attached to the wall is quite fidly to use, Maybe this is the thing that they can change in the future.

I thouroughly enjoyed my entire experience, from arrival to departure. The rooms are what they are on the website. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Room is what we expect to get. Very well kept clean. Bed are comfortable. Toilet facilities are excellent. The breakfast is very good, all the food the you eat for a normal breakfast is on the buffet table. The breakfast staff are very quick in changing cleaning the tables and refilling the food on the buffet tables. View from our room was excellent. We felt safe in the area, even going back to the hotel early in the morning after partying. The location of the hotel was excellent for day walking tour and the night life (on foot). It is not a very new hotel but they kept it very well maintained and very tidy. I actualy like the character of the hotel as it does not look like the typical new hotels we have now that just looks the same. We would definitely stay again if they keep thier upgrade to genious customers. :-D

The receptionist did not want us to park the car in the underground parking. Even though there were plenty of parking spots available. Instead, she insisted us to park outside. Only if I wanted to park in the underground real bad then she would have let me in. WUOTAFAK

We tried the restaurant the first night, and the serving was quite slow. The restaurant was not busy, but it took very long to order and get our food. The dish I had served was not finished and taken back to the kitchen. What I ordered was advertised as chicken gyros but it was not, and it did not taste good at all. When we were paying, the waitress was on her phone and not paying attention, so another waitress had to go tell her to come to our table.

Excellent location, close to everything. The staff at reception were so helpful, special thanks to Amanda who checked us in! The rooms were spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food. Housekeeping was very efficient cleaning our room while we were having breakfast. The hotel is stunning, and such good value for the price. The gym was nice.

my room was quite small, even though the price I had paid was a little bit higher than that of some of my colleagues - but they had a bigger room... the price policy of hotels, in general, does not always seem to follow logical aspects, especially with different booking portals.
