If you will have room on the ground floor- curtains should be closed or no privacy. Spacious room was nice but spacious bathroom with no heating floor isn’t good. We didn’t get room cleaning- they just forgot us (because at the morning asked for privacy but after they just forgot us). Coffee isn’t good at breakfast. No bar at all.

Room was spacious but ground floor. Jacuzzi was nice but sauna for additional cost. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nutritious.

Access to our room was unbelievable. It was up three flights of conventional steps, which were uneven, and then up a long metal fire escape style steps, which were short and steep. These short metal steps are, in my opinion, not appropriate for anyone with movement issues or many senior citizens or small children. These steps would not meet code where I live and in many other places.

We booked the "family suite". It was a large spartan room with a partial wall separating the bed area from a living room with a large sectional couch and a good sized table with several chairs and a large wall mounted TV. There was a separate kitchen. Breakfast in the dining room downstairs was wonderful. Location by the old town and tram and bus stops was convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Biplan Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was not only clean and comfortable but also uniquely designed, adding a special touch to my experience. the only two things i didn’t like was the bed, it was uncomfortably soft and we needed to move the two mattresses together in the morning and the other thing i didn’t like was that in the kitchen wasn’t even salt or little bit of oil, so if you want to cook you need to buy everything.

I liked almost everything, the room was spacious and warm (it was almost-20 degrees outside so it was important) everything was really great. we arrived on new year’s eve and were given two glasses of prosecco which was really great detail.

A bit cold in the bathroom. Sound of refrigerator was a bit too loud from time to time. Parking was full (I've came late - after 9 pm), but stuff informed in advanced and recommended the parking nearby (close). More options of something to have with coffee/tea woud be nice (just croissants and nutella spread with toasts present).

Very nice, helpful and flexible stuff. Early served, rich breakfast in terms of starters and main dishes (even roasted chicken was there). Well-equiped room. Modern, wide bed (could fit two). Bed linens so white - looked like new. "Last minute" discount - nice surprise. Not the first time in this hotel. Recommend. Popular among those on business trips.
