Location and accomodation was good, it was enough space in two apartments (at the same building) for 13 people group. Everything was clean and nice. Thank You ;) Enough space for car in the internal yard

Very spaceous and cozy apartment, great outside view, all necessary utilities in the kitchen and bathroom. Fireplace! Excellent commuting to Old Town. Definitely recommend.

the flat was spacious, clean and cozy, it had everything needed for a short family vacation. parking was a bit tight in the yard but ok on the street.

Room temperature was a bit high at night, but luckily all windows can be opened and there was a fan. A lot of stairs :) Very narrow gateway for a big car, but manageable.

Clean and big apartment. Own very well equipt kitchen. Private parking on the back yard! Owner was very nice and helpful. Suitable for a baby as well; baby crib, high chair and lots of space to crawl.

The apartment was beautiful and worked really well for our family. There was lots of space and the rooms were full of light. There is a fully functioning family kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. Beds are cozy and big. Everything was just perfect for our family. There is plenty of parking outside so we never had to worry about not getting a space. The owner was very responsive by text to any questions, and very nice and easy going :) We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again!

The only way the apt could've been better is if it had an oven.

Great apartment in a superb location. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner of the apartment block who has shown us around the property itself and told us more about th local sites and best scenic walks to take. Location is superb, with 15 minutes on foot to the market and all the major shopping destinations in old town, and 5 minutes away from the Daugava river promenade. Apartment itself was cozy and warm, stocked up with everything we neeeded, maybe except for an oven. There is a huge bathtub that we enjoyed soaking in after long cold winter walks, and even a fireplace to cozy up around with some wine.

Everything, the whole property, is smelly and dirty, and there is a lot of damaged things inside the property; nothing works well, and it is absolutely dirty, and parking is a hassle and narrow. The host of the property is rude. There is no TV remote controller, and if we want to use the Aircon, we need to pay 10 EUR per aircon, and there were 2 no dishwasher, the whole bathroom is dirty, there is not even a hand soap, and the washing machine is so dirty as well. i had to clean a lot of things myself. The worst thing is the fridge, it was so dirty and smelly, and some dining chairs have got dried up food on them.

There is nothing to like about this property, the only thing was it offered clean sheets.

Couches were not good to open or to sleep on. the Apartment was priced well But it was all a bit old and worn.

There is dust in areas that hard to clean like under the bed, cabinet and etc. Eating utensils and plates are not very clean maybe this is because apartment's don't have dishwasher.

Check in is very easy and simple. This is great that owner send video's how to get into town, find keys and etc. Apartment is very spacious.

road to parking place is awful. no low cars can go through. my big car have scratches, hard to get with big car in gate. very loud backyard, could not sleep on Saturday night because of neighbors party outside. dirty oven, like washed only with water. old furniture in kitchen, all chairs in bad condition. key box did not worked well.

The apartment was dirty. Needs decorating. The furniture also needs updating. Price and quality are out of balance. The apartment stinks.
