You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsSuper friendly staff and great location - both to the old city and to the bus station. We were picked up from the airport without any problem and helped out with our luggage. The place has a unique style and amazing interiors, beds are comfortable and room spacious. We had a good night sleep and for sure we will be back. We loved everything about this place!

Location was perfect in Riga old town. Short walk to coach station. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. We booked junior suite and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was a nice addition.

The location is great. The rooms are dated, but think of this as a hotel with character, not your standard beige hotels. Stayed here every time I've been to Riga, I don't even consider anywhere different.

UkraineI knew that we didn't have an air conditioner in the room, but still expected that it would be that cold inside the room (end of February). Towels and bed sheets smelt with chloride, probably very well disinfected :D
A really nice hotel in the Old Town. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean with everything necessary inside. Especially an electric teapot made me happy. There is a nice restaurant inside the hotel where you can eat any time, and the breakfast for the guests was super good and various :)

Very nice and cozy place right between bus station and the old town. A lot of eating spots and sightseeing places that you can visit within minutes of leaving the hotel.

FinlandCarpets all over: I am a little bit allergic to dust, the carpets dry the air and give dust. Our room was very small. It was not easy to get to the bed from the wall side, because there was not enough place foor feet. The big bed could be 10 cm smaller. Or the room would be best for one person in a single bed. Our small room had dark red heavy curtains and bed cover, doors and furnitures were of dark wood, all those made the small room look even smaller. This hotel is not for a person with bad legs because of many steps.
Location is perfect: near the main busstation, trams and buses stop right on the other side of a little park. Hotel was still very quiet. Bed was excellent, blanket nicely little heavier and the long pillow just what I needed.

This act truly showcased their integrity and commitment to excellent service. Secondly, I was thoroughly impressed with the breakfast selection during my stay. The meals were fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety to choose from. The quality of the breakfast further enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. Additionally, with a reception available 24/7 and multilingual staff always ready to assist, every interaction was pleasant and helpful. I can honestly say I have no complaints about my stay.

LuxembourgIt is a bit complicated to find a parking around, but that's not hotel's fault. I would have enjoyed later timing for breakfast, as 10am on the weekend seemed a bit early (since i arrived from another country with time diference).
Location, breakfast and 24hr reception- i liked those all and it is not the first time that I choose this hotel. The room was warm and of a good size for one person.

PolandI chose this because of its location, it is located very close to the main train station, bus stop and Riga Old Town. All attractions are really in a few minutes walk. The room we booked was clean and additional praise goes to the helpful and kind staff. Stay at the hotel was definitely very successful.
