Good location, comfort bed and nice staff

There were 40 steps each way from the room to the pool/restuarant level with no lifts. The buffet restuarant choice seemed limited with only one evening in seven when one piece of cheese was offered. The price of the buffet was high at Euro 25 pp and also a small glass of wine Euro 5 a half bottle of wine Euro 10 to 18. So a buffet meal for two Euro 68. The hotel looked a bit tired in places and the wifi was unreliable. Booking.Com offered a taxi but didn't deliver so we asked the hotel to use their shuttle instead the hotel organised a taxi which cost us Euro 30 each way which seems expensive.

The pool was heated which was very welcome because it meant we could swim everyday. The day time air temperature was about 26c, overnight a chilly 20c, but it was April so quite good really. Always blue skies. The room was good the balcony was small but we had a sea view which was excellent. The bed was made and the towels changed each day. The "entertainers" Fab and Toto were very good and attentive. The entertainment in the bar was mainly a very good singer but also some simple but entertaining shows.

Lack of wifi in bedrooms and most of the hotel apart from reception and the pool. No tea or coffee making facilities in the bedrooms.

Lovely beach property with friendly staff. From reception to cleaning staff to ground staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. I loved the activities like yoga and aqua fit. Jaguar in particular was excellent. Very friendly and warm to everyone young and old. Very close to 4 fabulous restaurants if you’re not all inclusive. Breakfast is included in your stay and was delicious and fresh and tasty. Clean beds. Great showers.

An increased variety of vegetarian options at the hotel's restaurants would have made the stay perfect!

The staff were amazing, activities were really fun and the hotel has a perfect location with the beach right there and loads of restaurants around!

Receptionist could not print boarding pass as unable to change printer setting on computer which created stress over 24 hours before leaving. No coffee or tea making in room. Very limited tv only 3 channels including news.

Pool and Animation Crew were great. Food excellent and pool bar staff very attentive.

Cleaning wasn't good enough, quite bad honestly. I should have complained, but we got to the hotel more than 2 h 30 min late, and with my daughter not feeling well, so I let it go. The room was very dated and didn't look at all as the ones at the Booking website. I don't know who is to blame about that. The toiletries they gave us were always just for one person, although we were two people, so we ended up asking for more and vat the end buying shampoo.

I loved the location and direct access to the beach, the nice and friendly staff that always go beyond your expectations, helping you in every possible way. The gorgeous architecture of the main building. The variety of restaurants and bars within the hotel. Comfortable beds and quiet.

Bit tired looking Ac not great Poor hairdryer Limited choice in the la carte restaurants with many supplements for all inclusive Not clear what all inclusive included and sometimes couldn’t get a drink (water or soft drink) as bars /restaurants shut and told to go to a different one

We only stayed for one night as last minute holiday extension. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of renovation, i.e. toilet flush and bidet didn't work properly. Beds not very comfy. A proper duvet would be my preference over a sheet to cover. The hotel is really big but the pool area quite cramped. Wouldn't be my first choice for holidays in the future.

Our room had a nice view and all amenities for a comfortable stay, but it looked a bit dated and maybe in need of some redecorating.

Nice place to have a Moroccan, all inclusive, no frills seaside resort experience! Buffet meals were excellent with plenty of traditional and European choices. The staff were all very helpful and polite. Great value for money!

No tea/coffee facilities in room. Air con was at a set temperature Upon arrival our bed was not properly dressed, this was corrected the following day Not all restaurants were open (prob due to time of year) The drinks seemed watered down

Staff were very friendly and it was immaculate. The two ladies who made us fresh eggs and potatoes farrells each morning were very pleasant and accommodating.

Only downside to our visit was on the last day while checking out one male employee who i never seen before during my stay and seemed to be a manager (as he was wearing suit) was extremely rude and shouted at us while leaving the accommodation which was quite sad actually as all other employees and staff were extremely helpful kind and lovely. If i had his name i would have sent an email to the hotel to complain. Pool bar prices were also quite pricy for Morocoo. Other than that i would return to the Hotel again.

Bedroom was clean and bright and had a decent view of the pool and was in a very quite location. Could not have asked for more really.

Wifi everywhere is pretty poor, however if you do need to work, there Is a good spot on the ground floor in a large leisure hall with sofas. It was also surprisingly good outside - by the pool. In my room it wasn’t there at all, but amazing staff changed my room after my query, and it was ok (but yeah signal was fluctuating a lot, still) Rooms are nice but quite old, and mine had no plugs to charge things apart from the main lamp - other sources of light just didn’t work, so the room had to be dark every time I charged my phone haha.

The staff is saving this review really. They are amazing, going out of their way every time, friendly and professional. Breakfast is very good! Varied and delicious. Room and everywhere else is clean Pool is very good The hotel itself is right by the ocean The shower and bath in my room were GREAT. Lots of things were great!
