Internet was spotty. It appears that when the hotel is full there might be a strain on the hot water supply.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was okay considering we were in Ramadan. Would have liked a choice of egg (fried, scrambled...). The Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, and we had good interactin with Ali and his father. The food in the restaurant was tasty, especially the Harira soup that the owner made for us. There is a very friendly black and white cat that seems to co-own the restaurant!!

No toilet paper in the bathroom and no reading lamp.

The beds were very comfortable with lots of warm bedding. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming . They took us up to the terrace to show off the wonderful 360 degree view. The location was great . Very quiet for sleeping . The room had a nice balcony.

The electricity situation for charging one’s devices could use improvement. There is a slight sewage smell from the bathrooms. It’s a four story hotel on a hill, and you’ve got to climb to get to it, and climb a lot of stairs of irregular, non-standard heights to get to the rooms. Hot water takes a little time to arrive.

Good view from the roof. There are some rooms with a good view - No 5 being the best. Breakfast is extra, but worth it. people working there are nice.

It a hotel right in the center with an impressive terrace with a view over the whole Midelt and the mountains. My room was on the roof, which was cozy. There is a place to eat on the ground floor.

The man who checked us in very kindly walked all the way down to the bus stop to inquire as to what time ours was leaving in the morning. Incredibly kind of him and we’ll above and beyond the call of duty.

The pointer of the hotel in Booking is not precise - it is located just next to the mosque, you can also check it on Google Maps - it is precise there.

The apartment had roller shutters which was great, we were able to sleep as much as we needed. We parked in front of the hotel which was very convenient. The host even help us with medicine which had to be keep in the fridge. The breakfast was great. Clean bed sheets and towels. Enough hot water. Definitely recommend. There is a mosque next to the hotel but we didn't wake up or had any extra noise because of it.

Central location and welcoming staff. Despite I do not speak french, we were able to understand each other and everything went smooth. The staff is really kind and keep making sure everything is ok. Great breakfast which is more than enough to start the day. We get more than we expect it if you have in mind what you pay. Thanks for everything

For the price you pay for a room , you get more then u could wish for. Of course you can’t compare it with a five star hotel . But we had a good night . Nice shower . WiFi was good . Nice little balcony and even though we had a late arrival they made sure we had some food . Which we could eat at the roof terrace with a lovely view over the city.

Toilet not very clean, no toilet paper, water bucket to flush. Other french guests were very loud at a late hour, quiet hours should be enforced better. Beds can also be rearranged to better benefit of natural airflow!

Top location with great terrace with view of the city

It was freezing cold! No heating! Been give extra blankets but couldn't stay in that bedroon that was located in the terrace with a bad door and windows that shut properly. I asked to move for a different bedroom and been charged an extra €10. Still no heating, but because it was on the 1st floor, it felt warmer.
