I arrived early in the afternoon in order to work from the room and stayed 1 night. Regarding the afternoon : quiet place, wifi was not exceptional but good enough in order to not be disconnected from Teams conversation. Regarding the night and day after : still quiet room. The members of the hotel have been kind, kept our luggage the next day, allowing us to follow our visit luggage free until driving back to airport. There isn't any breakfast delivered by the hotel but there is a place next door to the hotel delivering very good breakfast

United States of AmericaThe hotel was under construction. So nothing was open. The rooftop was not open there was no restaurant there was no breakfast. The pool was open but there was construction all around it.
I was very pleased with the location of the hotel. It was right across the street from restaurants and the beach. It was very walkable. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful in each category that we ask them questions. There was an elevator and a room had a small balcony which was a big plus.

United Arab EmiratesI arrived at midnight to staff that didn't seem to care. They told me that the pool wasn't functional, that the spa was unavailable, and that breakfast wasn't offered (all 3 are mentioned on the booking). One of the managers was very rude when I asked these questions and try to wave me off. Only one of the staff was kind (Abdulaziz I think was his name). The room was uncomfortable and the furniture bulky. The soap in the bathroom was in soap dispensers attached to the wall like a bathroom stall. There was music from a club playing all night and I couldn't sleep, and at 5 AM there was what sounded like a big fight right outside the hotel. The view from the room is blocked by a lot of wires and signs. I was luckily given a refund by a more sympathetic staff the next day
The day staff helped me get a refund and were very nice about trying to rectify my bad experience the night before. Being next to the corniche is nice but only by day.

United KingdomFull payment was demanded on arrival but, despite knowingly not fulfilling the listed benefits, there was no attempt to give any sort of refund. No on-site catering of any sort. The place is basically en-suite rooms for hire. The first room (119) we were shown in to had broken furniture and the balcony looked through the restaurant’s sign. The road was immediately underneath the window which made the balcony both noisy and smelly from the traffic fumes. A kettle was retrieved from a cupboard in reception when we asked for it. We moved to room 112, balcony over the road again, but unimpeded view. Ok until the evening when the music started. At least three night clubs in the immediate vicinity were so loud that we couldn’t sleep until after 2pm. Requested a second move and were offered room 506. No balcony and a smaller room but quieter at night. Not without its’ faults: bathroom door could not be shut without it locking you in; window was full of condensation so impeded view; wash basin sink did not drain quickly, but we chose to live with it. We won’t be back.
We had a room which had a sea view. The staff were responsive to requests. Once the internet had been turned on it worked well for the rest of our stay. The cafe/restaurant next door was excellent. .

Netherlands1. We had to pay on arrival on the first day for the whole 5 nights in advance for the Deluxe double room we booked. The amount they charged was in local currency and we found out later that it was higher than the price we booked in Euro via Booking.com. They did not include the discount we got via Booking.com!. 2. The keyless doorlock of our hotelroom didnt work and they could not repair it so they gave us a cheaper room with 2 single beds! 3. The next day we got a new room that was similar to the room we booked and guess what: the keyless doorlock of the hotelroom also didnt work and could not be repaired! Same story without apology or compensation for the problems. 4. For the rest of our stay we had to settle for a smaller room with no balcony. But booked and payed for a Deluxe room with a balcony! 5. Many things did not work or were not complete. No drinks in the mini bar, no paper tissues in the room, etc. The rooms did not have an electric kettle for tea or coffee and the phones for room service didnt work. The bathroom did not look very clean on the edges of the sink and the toilet. 6. The parking of the hotel was very difficult to reach and the wheels of our car got stuck in the gravel. I guess its not a problem if you drive a suv and park there. We decided to park outside on the street. 7. The location is very noisy till after 2 oclock in the morning because of the partycenter on the second floor on the frontside of the hotel. Lots of shady nightclubs with empty bottles of Casablanca beer to be found. 8. We ofcourse contacted Booking.com about this and they said they will contact the hotel. Booking said they will reply to us via email so we are still waiting for the email of Booking!
NOT worth 4 stars as a hotel and not much to like. Worst hotel we ever stayed at to be honest. Please be warned: do not book here!

- The best part of the stay was the staff. Friendly, efficient, and hard working. Aside from the nice staff, the people of Casablanca are wonderful. Not just those around the hotel and beaches, but also the people downtown and all throughout. - Next best, the location. My room had a beautiful beach view and a gentle breeze that had me leave my windows open the entire day and left the AC off. Restaurants across the street, an awesome French restaurant next door, and cafes everywhere. The beach is across the street. - The room was nice, spotless, and comfortable. A quiet building too. The balcony was great. - The outdoor pool was well kept. - The price was so good for that stay. Unbeatable.

CanadaThe hotel part we stayed in was facing the main street which may have been an older section. the room wasn't very clean, it was run down and the shower had cheap pink liquid soap. No lights going up the curved strairs from the lobby to the 1st floor.
