I'd really appreciate warm welcome and support from Mustapha. He's super nice guy, guided us about the medina. He was easily approachable, made our stay super comfortable. We had early morning checkout but even then Mustapha served us the breakfast. Thanks Mustapha! Place is same as in listing, nice clean rooms.

Everything was fine. We fell here very comfortable. We also meet here Moustapha who works in this riad. We traveling a lot and Moustafa is a one of the best local people which we meet during our trips. He is very good man, he helped us a lot of times. He made our stay in Morocco easier. I wish everyone who come to this riad to meet him.

The riad itself was not great. First we got a torn up towel that was clearly used by previous guests. It was solved, but not a great start. Also the bathroom didn't look very clean. During the 2 days we stayed at the riad there was no warm water in the shower. Reaching the riad by taxi is fine, it's very close to the taxi stand. But walking through the neighboorhoud as a tourist at night, doesn't feel safe.

Mustapha was a very nice and welcoming host for us. He was very helpfull and always trying to make our stay in the riad and the city as comfortable as possible. Something positive about the location: it is super close to all the highlights of the city. Once again, thanks Mustapha for your hospitality.

It was All good.

This is an amazing place. I loved it. It is very clean. And what makes the place more amazing is Mustapha! He is an amazing guy that would do everything to make you feel at home. He is doing a great job there. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to go to Fes.

- bad cleaning of the bathroom and the room - the door of the room didn't close, the man receptionist had to fix it up - when we arrived the lady receptionist didn't know we were coming, and she wasn't welcoming and not realizing what she was doing - the bed was not comfortable - the towel was torn - the pictures of the hotel didn't match with the reality - the hotel is very dirty and old, like it was going to fall apart

- the only thing we liked was the sympathy of the man receptionist - the breakfast was reasonable

As mentioned above, small tweaks would make the riad easily feel more luxurious. However, this is all decorative and if you are looking for a homely stay, with wonderful staff (especially as a solo female traveller), this is a great choice.

I set out to spend some time in Fes and explore it at a slower pace this visit, but I did not expect to feel this much at home and so quickly. I was first welcomed by Yassine, a wonderful host who was there for any request and question, professional, courteous and always ready to help. I then had the great pleasure of meeting Aziz who is an asset to any business - quick, helpful, knowledgeable and a great character. The riad itself is an excellent value for money and very few small tweaks would have made it a luxurious stay. As it stands now, Ekram is doing a wonderful job at keeping it spotless and a truly pleasant experience. Ekram, Yassine and Aziz - any hospitality business should count itself lucky to have you. Thank you for the wonderful time.

The riad is beautiful, very quiet, the breakfast is impeccable. Aziz was so kind and helpful, I highly recommend this place !

Where do I start... The staff were incredibly hospitable, helpful, and fun! We were always comfortable asking for help and advice; especially with Aziz and Youssef helping arrange for tours, transport, etc. Breakfast was amazing every morning, the room was comfortable and perfect at the end of a long days travel! Aziz and Youssef gave us plenty of advice with regards to sites, prices of amenities, how to get around, and how not to get into tricky situations! If we ever come back to Morocco we'd definitely come back here - the price and location were absolutely perfect. We were just over five minutes from the bustling medena, a few minutes from the gate (where taxis can be found). Rooms were well kept, shower was amazing, lovely communal areas, and very secure building in itself! Amazing accommodation and amazing staff.

Can’t recommend this place more, all the staff are so friendly and so helpful. Youseff even gave us a map of the city and told us the best spots to explore. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The room was beautiful, comfortable bed and very cool with the air con. Breakfast was fantastic and the riad is just beautiful.

In the Night it was sometimes noisy, because it was in the centre

the room was very close to the Medina , only 15 minutes walking distance . Youssef was really nice, he helped me with everything, he showed me what to visit , how to make sure not to get robbed, he even called and asked for the snails soup for me . He took very good care of me and was always there when I needed him.
