The staff was very rude. We waited a very long time to get the room and they were very rude and not welcoming. The checkin felt more like entering a prison and not at as a hotel. They also asked for a 50 euros deposit that they only give you back at the checkout if there is nothing to clean or to change in the room. You basically pay for a hotel and don't feel comfortable to use the room. It's the worst hotel I've ever been to

The bathroom was not good for an hôtel standard. The WC was also not good. The Pool was closed since the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. The entire site is not well maintained. There was no towels.

Old equipment with lots of things partially working, like the stove and the heating. Only hotel to provide no towels at all ! Needs transport if you wanna get to the city center, and location is not correct on Google maps

Poor cleaning. Poor lighting outside the apartment. Poor behavior of the reception staff at the time of the checkout during which they wasted our time to claim us a hypothetical small towel which according to them was missing whereas in fact it was not in the apartment.

I don't even know where to start, it's not even close to be a good value for money, it's not bad but paying 500/600 dh a night might be little bit too much for what was used as campuses for akhawyn university during the year. I expected it to be at least decent but over equipment aren't good, the place isn't even fully equipped to beging with. In the other hand, we have the insect problem that it's just somewhat there and nobody do anything about it. Negligence has taken the thrown of my stay there, this place could be a haven if treated properly.

Honestly the facility was recommended by most locals and also by couple of friends due to most facilities being closed to private. But overall I did like the nice pool, the quiet area, the view, and overall nature of the place. I liked the fact that it's somewhat far from the city that way nobody walk there unless they're renting there.

the receptionist guy was just horrible. doesn’t deserve to be there at all and I would not recommend the hotel just because of him.

The ac was not working in every room. The decors and the bedding were too old. The bathrooms were not that clean and completely different from the pictures on the site. The swimming pool is closed for 3 years now although it is listed as a commodity. The staff was nice though and they gently accepted to change the room although it was more like a downgrade than an upgrade. I can say that we will come back ever here.

Amenities. No Wifi, no towels in the property, heating not working in the living room and it was freezing at the time of my visit. The toilet seat was not clean. Property asking for a security deposit that was not mentioned anywhere when booking. rules telling us to wash our dishes and put them back to the cabinets or money will be deducted from the security deposit. Taking out our own trash or money will be deducted from the deposit, the purpose of my visit was leisure, i wanted to spend my time relaxing and not doing house work.

The staff aren't welcoming and helpful, I asked for extra cover and received nothing, I requested a late check-out (3 hours extra, usual check-out is at 12:00), they rejected my request, I asked for only ONE hour late check-out: at 13:00, they also rejected that! - Kitchen: Utensils are really not perfectly clean, the electric cooking plate wasn't working, - The A/C is noisy, the building itself is not well maintained. - Toilet: No towels in the bathroom, also door can't be closed (broken). - Lighting: Some bulbs are not working and broken. - I had an electricity chock when touching the night light (see picture, it's not covered), I mad a a complaint but even sorry was not heard from them. I do not recommend Farah Inn Ifrane unless you do not have a place to stay.

The heat units worked well, but we had no remote to adjust the temperature, so we often had to open windows- big waste of electricity. Each apartment needs a remote!

We come back here every year to enjoy the fall leaves. Farah Inn is affordable, no frills. Keep your expectations to that of a camp-like experience and you'll be satisfied :) Bring your own towels, dish soap, and extra toilet paper.
