In the picture of the hotel it shows a swimming pool and we were disappointed it didn’t have one that’s my only criticism. How ever we didn’t let it spoil things .

The staff where excellent nothing was to much for them service was always with a smile. very clean the breakfast was wonderful plenty of choice something for everyone eggs sausages fruit pastries. Fantastic location .

Breakfast not suitable for someone like me who is lactose and gluten intolerant. The room was a bit noisy with the windows open.

Basic reasonable size room. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We needed a fridge to store medications & after a phone call a mini bar was delivered to the room straight away. Shopping mall with supermarket next door. Close to public transport.

Outstanding value for money. Excellent breakfast best I've had in Morocco. Fantastic staff who go the extra mile to help you. I had a bad back so one of the staff carried my case to the station for me. Another member of staff got me a taxi to the Mosque at a great rate and crossed the road with me to make sure everything was OK. Great location easy walk from the station and next to a mall with shops and cages. Big rooms very clean and comfortable great shower and English language channels on the television. I highly recommend this hotel. Full marks to the staff on reception they are amazing.

Minute we arrived, we felt welcome and at home. All staff throughout deserve credit especially the reception staff. That doesn’t take anything away from all other area staff they were all good. Breakfast very nice too.

My one issue was that I couldn't charge my devices - they didn't have adapters/convertors; and the rooms didn't have the multi-pin plugs or the multi-use ports that many modern business hotels have to enable easy charging.

I stayed for one night at Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs on my last night before flying out of Casablanca in the morning. I'd rate the location a 10/10. It's a 5 minute walk from the Casa Voyageurs railway station. I got into the city by train in the evening, walked to the hotel with my luggage, spent the evening there (did some last minute shopping and had dinner at the mall right next door) and then walked back to the station the next morning to take the train to the airport. Perfect for what I needed. The fact that it was right next to a mall also helped because I could do some last minute shopping, and at the end of the last trip. It's a smart and functional hotel. The staff were polite and friendly. The hotel and the room and bathroom were all clean and comfortable. I had a shower and a good nights' sleep, and that's all I'm looking for from a functional hotel.

Very minor points, shower door didn't close properly so wet floor. Advert for breakfast showed various granola and yoghurt but didn't have this. It's not too close to tourist spots but I knew this when booking.

It's very close to the train station, don't let a taxi tell you otherwise! Very comfortable bed, spacious room, good variety at breakfast. Staff are very helpful and kind, they even organised some washing for me. Overall very positive! Taxis are reasonable to various tourist spots, just ask them to put the meter on! It's next to a mall so easy to locate.
