I was there in the off season, so the outdoor pool was not opened. However, there is an indoor pool that is outstanding with a beautiful vista of the mountains.

The staff (notably Ismail) were outstanding. The meals were very nice, especially the dinner - great food in a wonderful environment. It's a large property as well, when I went it was off season so very quiet.

Amazed by the view, the climate, the calmness. The fireplace experience was awesome. The room was confortable and cozy. The restaurant was gastronomical, with high quality of service and food (Local Truite) , I totally will come back.

There is lack of activity in the immediate area if you stayed longer. It has a spa which we didn’t get to try so can’t comment.

Enroute from Fez to Merzouga we stayed here for a night to break the long journey. Accom type is very different from rest of Morocco. Very near to Ifran. Love the fireplace. It has good heater and hot shower, has elevator, breakfast spread is good. Checking in was a breeze.

Dinner was excellent, loved the balcony. Facilities were really nice and surroundings were beautiful. Great location on your way to Fes and to see the monkeys.

It's on the pricey side especially for families. We are 2 kids and 2 adults and had to purchase 2 rooms which is quite expensive.

The pool, dinner service, and breakfast service were all amazing. The property is beautiful. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable.

Very friendly statt, they upgraded our room at no additional costs. The location is great, in the middle of big surface with trees, mainly cherrytrees, it has sport facilities ( tennis,, basket,etc.) , sauna, massage , indoor anf outdoor pools.

Its location, just a little bit out from the town of Azrou in a beautifully quiet location with nice views over the country side (& at the time we visited almond trees in blossom). We loved our big room with en-suite bathroom & large balcony. There was even a lovely open fireplace complete with firewood in the room. (Must be super in the winter) also radiators in the room, heated towel rail in the en-suite. en-suite was a good size with walk in shower & provided shower gel/shampoo etc. very nice white fluffy towels. the Double bed was large & had very comfortable pillows & duvet. Tea/coffee making facilities also provided in the room. we had dinner in the hotel, 3 course. each course had 3 options to choose from. the hotel offers other facilities but we didn’t have time to try them as our itinerary had us seeing late in the afternoon & leaving early in the morning. definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Been wanting to spend a couple of nights at Palais des Cerisiers for a long time now. Very friendly staff, clean and big rooms, nature all around. Heated pool when it's too cold to swim outside. The fireplace was the highlight of the stay!

Super nice hotel, everything was top notch. Great stay in winter time, the fireplace in the room is a great feature. Room was modern and warm decor. Feel of European mountain chalet for a fraction of the price. The location and surroundings are extremely nice. Staff went above and beyond. Only stayed one night but would be great to stay for a couple of days, enjoy the spa facilities (for which we didn't have time) and just chill.

The stuff was helpful, professional and very kind, The hotel has a nice walk in the garden and you can see the mountains, trees,ducks and lot of birds… I really like the view from the room,it was very clean and relaxed I totally recommend it
