Absolutely nothing!

One of the best accommodations worldwide. Very nice hosts, beautiful decor with attention to detail and a fantastic breakfast. Also very well located for exploring Essaouira and the surrounding area. We also slept one night in Essaouira, where the humidity is very high, so your clothes get clammy. The accommodation is perfect to avoid this downside of the city, and there is plenty of free parking available.

Emma & Giles and their team are lovely, thoughtful people which their hospitality reflects. Giles gave us a lot of useful advice on Essaouira; Emma’s interior decoration skills are worthy of a 5 star hotel and the breakfast provided was extensive and very high quality. The security guard (whose name I didn’t get) helped us fix our broken car.

We had an unforgettable stay with Emma and Gilles. the food was delicious (you have to try the special royal cous cous), the service was amazing and we got amazing massages from Fatima. The hosts made us feel very welcome and even helped us explore Essaouira and took us to a cool local market. We had the best time and will be coming back again

There is literally nothing I didn't like.

I loved the atmosphere! Emma, Gilles and Fatima were so warm, welcoming and friendly. The whole breakfast experience was extraordinary : food, how it was served, the dining room, the conversations with the hosts. I loved everything in this home! Every detail everywhere was very well thought of. Never been to a better place.

Absolutely fantastic stay with Emma & Giles. My wife booked the stay as the hotel looked fantastic on the website. I was skeptical as it is a way outside of Essaouira, I could not have been more wrong and had to eat my words. It's close enough to pop into town, but without the noise of being in the town. Excellent hosts with great local knowledge that they are happy to share. Fabulous quiet pool and great service all round. The breakfast is ridiculously good. If we came back to Essaouira we would 100% stay here again.

The location is slightly far away from the main town of Essaouira which can be a slight issue for those without transport arrangements but the staff are very kind to arrange it.

honestly everything was top notch, nothing to declare that I didn’t like.

i loved every detail in the property: from the beautiful luxurious garden, to the well equipped spa, the gorgeous decorations, the rooms and their balcony, the food was absolutely delicious and the hosts are the most generous hearts I’ve ever met. they will make you feel at home, will be there for you while always respecting your space. all the people that work there are always extremely kind which makes the stay extra special. I recommend this beautiful 5 star paradise a 1000000%. I would also recommend this place for solo women travellers, you’ll be super safe here. merci Emma et Gilles pour votre sincérité et votre sens du partage.

The wifi in the rooms didn’t work unfortunately. The price of 60 dh for a small bowl of frites and the overall prices for the food (european prices) in the hotel.
