The doors had a little gap at the bottom that felt welrd, and the rooms could use a redesign.

A lot of problems with the staff [I did not get towels so I needed to ask FOUR TIMES at the reception before I got them, then the card did not work so I needed to go to ask for recharging it to be able to open my room]. Plus there were weird bugs in my room.

The elevator is a bit dodgy, but is just a normal (classic)French elevator.

Don't be scared about the reviews of ants and cockroaches. The first night I left a glass of soda on the night stand and yes, there were ants. If you are a clean person you will have no problems. Furthermore, house cleaning took care of the ants the next day so they are very helpful. Also, I didn't leave soda, so there were also no more ants the next day.

Very bad breakfast, cold and unquality food was served. The room should have been cleaner. The room smelled a bit moldy. Slow wifi connection.

The room was shabby and they were very few facilities. Bar and restaurant advertised but they don’t seem to currently have one on site.

I booked this extra one night in addition to my existing 3 nights. I asked Zach (the front desk guy) if I can stay in the same room so I don’t have to move my things and he was able to accommodate my request. Also I asked a quiet room and he gave me that too. Very nice staff, very convenient location, free breakfast buffet!

Internet wasn’t working in my room for the most of my stay. (For some reason it worked for my friend’s android phone, but no luck with iPhones.) Zach (the front desk guy) was trying to fix it calling the technicians but it didn’t really fix the problem. I used the internet in the lobby though, so it was ok. Elevator was out of order for a couple of times during my stay but it eventually got fixed. (Was hard to walk up to the 5th floor but I took it as an exercise lol)

Zach (front desk guy) was very welcoming and nice. He always made sure if I need anything whenever I was in the front desk. When the internet wasn’t working in my room, he offered me for room change but I just didn’t take it because I was lazy. But it was such a nice gesture of him/the hotel. Great value for the price paid: great location, breakfast included, nice spacious room. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very satisfied!

Looks like Improvement was done 20 years ago. No views from the window. Breakfast is cold and not a big choice.

Good service from staff. The room was large enough with a wardrobe and some tables. The shower room is quite large.

The inside is shabby as heck. Overnight it was the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in - not other guest's, just the random noise of the mechanics of the hotel.

Elevator very small and slightly slow. Parking is not included in the price. You need to find parking in front of a very busy street. And it will cost you 15 MAD for parking guy and 10 for the ticket.

Good location. Excellent staff. The best breakfast we had in Morocco ( included in price), worth for money. Paid 45 cad for a night. Room was clean and comfortable.

the location of the hotel is somewhat less desirable. A 30min walk from the trainstation and 40min from the coast.

Check-in was at 2 p. m. We arrived at 4:30 p. m. but our room wasn't cleaned yet. So we had to go to another room and then moved again to another one. It delayed us so we didn't have enough time to explore the city. Hotel also doesn't offer free parking as mentioned, you have to park on the street and (surprisingly) you have to pay for it (twice!).

The staff was very friendly and tried to solve the problem in shortest possible time. The breakfast was outstanding.
