You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United KingdomAvoid! Avoid! Avoid! This hotel is absolutely disgusting! I have made a complaint to both the hotel and booking.com for how I was treated here. As an English female I accompanied my Moroccan male friend to his apartment as he was feeling nervous. I needed to pay for his stay. I had my own hotel and I am aware of Moroccan law. He is my friend anyway not boyfriend. The rude child on reception did not bother to delicately ask me about this he just incorrectly assumed I was trying to access my friends room. Incorrect. As such he utterly disrespected me and made me incredibly angry by making this disgusting assumption This has been made worse by the shameful response I have received from the hotel who have again completely misunderstood me and judged me saying I was trying to break law. They don't listen! Their staff are in serious need or retraining and it appears thr manager of the hotel could use some too. I have asked for a refund but as yet,unsuccessful. This further demonstrates the respect they have for tourists! My friend reported the facilities and room were bad anyway with a lot of faults and missing items for your comfort. I will never recommend this disgusting place to anyone!!! I would not let my cat stay here!!!!!!
