The bathroom didn't work when we were there. We took the panel off and found the flush button and it was fine. There is a cat pet and if you are allergic to cats, you need to be aware. We brought allergy pills and glad we did.

The room is beautiful. The staff were helpful with suggestions.

Government tax was collected on last day. It would have been good to have known before.

Setting and facilities were excellent. It was near all the attractions. Didn’t have to use cab. First introduction to hotel by the owners was valuable.

There is nothing about this property to dislike.

Riad Zoraida is a lovely riad with a gorgeous courtyard and most beautilly decorated rooms. Natasha and JP are excellent hosts and staff is most courteous. Riad Zoraida also arranged my car and driver and trips in Marrakesh, Meknes and Fes which all went smooth.

Noting to dislike about the property. On a personal level the bed was hard for me but my husband thought it was fine. This did not deter from the standard of accommodation

Full of charm and style. Decor was beautiful. A haven of peace and tranquility

A stunning Riad located about a 10 minute walk through narrow allay ways to Jemma al Fna, the main square in Marrakech.Fabulous staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the hammam and massage in the property which was very good. Only 7 bedrooms so was intimate, and we enjoyed speaking to other guests over breakfast which is included.

roof of the open space in the riad is covered with plastic, shouldn't be so in april with no rain, so the air in the riad wasn't clean and to mustynan and to warm at night to sleep with open window without airco

Stylish riad - comfort of the room- most friendly staf - tadelakt bathroom - location in quiet street near attractions to see - well served breakfast - quiet airco in the room - very good and large bed

    Everything was wonderful.

The Zoraida was recently sold to an enthusiastic, young couple, Natacha & JP, who have done a wonderful job keeping the intimate atmosphere while upgrading the facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Our room, the Zoraida suite, was nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and couch. The bathroom was spotless and contemporary. Breakfast was fresh, varied and substantial. The Riad is in a good location to explore Marrakech and is near to a gate making access easy and exploring other areas outside the city, including the airport, very convenient. Recommended without hesitation!

The rooms was superb, spacious, great AC and comfy beds. The breakfast was always delicious and had nice variety every one of the 3 days we stayed. The staff couldn't have been more helpful- from organising taxis to and from the airport, pointing out places to visit, advice on haggling and expected costs, nothing was too much. Would recom mend to all friends visiting

I doubt I could find anything if I tried!!

We arrived at 11.00 due to flight times. We were met by Nat . A pot of mint tea was served to us in front of the pool and Nat explained everything to us about the hotel, services and things to see while there. Arriving early we wasn’t expecting to get into our room until 13.00, but Nat promptly made sure the room was ready for us and we could move in straight away. The hotel is a little gem that is hidden behind a “normal” door on the street. The Riad was immaculately clean all the time we were there. The breakfast is a perfect start to the day. We ate at the Riad one night too. This was traditional and very tasty. The location of the Riad is ideal. It’s a 4 minute walk from the taxi. ( the drivers take you to the door, so don’t worry about being left somewhere) The Riad is about a 3 minute walk from one of the main streets with souks etc… We booked our transfers from the airport directly through Nat which I was pleased about . These are trusted drivers who will not try to rip you off. The biggest thing for me was the team that work at the Riad. Nat and JP have the most amazing and genuine, friendly team working there. ( including themselves) Every single member of staff has a smile on their face and genuinely want to help you. Nothing is too much trouble for them. This is perfection in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone going to Marrakesh. Great value too. Keep up the amazing work, and thank you

We loved everything but just be aware there’s no fridge/tea/coffee station or television so just a different kind of experience

I’d really recommend the Zoraida. The airport transfer was quick and easy and the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. They showed us where to go on a map and talked through possible sights to see. The jacuzzi on the roof was a highlight and much needed after a hot day exploring. The breakfast was also really yummy

The bathroom faucets were all leaky. Couldn't close any of them completely. Included breakfast was mediocre compared to other Riads. On the last day, the toilet flush - which was holding on by a thread - stopped working. We stayed in another Riad during our trip towards the north of the Medina and liked that location better. The streets around Zoraida felt a bit more iffy at night esp for our all female group. Catcalls and other forms of eve teasing was a constant hum as we tried to walk to dinner, etc, in the evenings. That's more or less par for the course in Marrakesh but this area felt more aggressive. Solo female travelers may want to take note.

The beautiful courtyard, hot tub and roof access were the high points. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. One of my pet peeves in most hotel rooms is the lack of wall hooks for towels clothes etc. But Zoraida was well-equipped on that front.
