The staff is just amazing. Especially Khalil , what an amazing host. Helps with everything and his main goal is to try to get you as comfortable as possible. The women working in the kitchen and cleaning the rooms are also very kind en good at there jobs. Thanks for the hospitality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Marrakech where the breakfast was simply delightful, and the staff were nothing short of amazing. In the morning we were greeted with a sumptuous breakfast that perfectly kickstarted our day. But what really made our stay special was the staff's incredible helpfulness and generosity, especially when they took care of our luggage post-checkout with utmost care. While the location leaves a bit to be desired, the warmth and excellence of the service easily make up for it. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay marked by great food and even greater hospitality.

Nice Easy Access, Riyadh Near The Kasbah Area. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was nice and the Rooftop view of the Mosques was a nice added touch.

There is no pool, so falsely advertised. The room is really noisy and there is no ventilation. The neighborhood is really rough.

A shower would have been handier than just a bath. We had to ask for a bucket and pail to have shower. The privacy level was low, I mean there is no door to the bath/toilet area, only a screen. Also we found it a little hard to put the kids to bed as the access to the bath/toilet area was through their beds. And there was no swimming pool unfortunately.

The shower in our room was a bit old with some painting peeling off. The location is great but some people/kids on the surroundings can be really obnoxious.

Nordin went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. He was always available and allowed us to check in and out at unconventional times. He also provided good advice on places to visit in Marrakech. The breakfast was really great too.

The person who hosted us, Nordin, was super. Very helpful, polite and friendly. Our breakfast on the roof was both tasty and had an amazing panoramic view around. There is also an awsome Za3za3 shop around the corner for only 15 dirhams!

There wasn’t many faults at all with this place! Being nit-picky the shower head needed replacing but one of the staff informed us that it was being changed shortly after we departed anyways! We also got bitten by insects on a few nights during our stay, but I suppose spraying bug spray should do the trick next time.

The staff were amazing here, always cheerful and welcoming. They made an amazing breakfast each morning with lots of variety & it was displayed beautifully. Additionally, they worked really hard cleaning each of the rooms every day. The terrace had a great view of the mosque towers, the city and the Atlas Mountains. The riad had lovely decoration & apart from an initial struggle to find it, it was located in a really good place.
