This was my first ever visit to Monaco and this hotel and my oh my did it exceed my expectations! The moment of arrival to the hotel I was immediately greeted by the hotel concierge and wonderful staff who very kindly made me feel so welcome! The check-in easy process was very smooth and efficient (a lovely lady named Rachel) kindly helped with this and also very kindly showed me to my room where I was immediately blown away with the cleanliness, space and overall feel of the hotel and room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bath was amazing! The view from my balcony was a sea view which was very pretty. The location is perfect and only a very short walk from everything! The hotel staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you! they are all very friendly and happy to help. I had the buffet breakfast which was lovely with lots of option and set in a beautiful setting. This hotel is beautiful and I will definitely be visiting again! :-)

The property was immaculate as expected and the staff were always attentive. The facilities being incredible though we didn’t get to use the full spa facility. The food was absolutely great and staff had absolutely no reservations in accommodating our requirements.

Netherlands2 small things: the in-room coffee service really lets the room down. The machine is nice enough but you get only 4 coffee pads and 2 are decaf. I asked housekeeping for more but that said that was the maximum. Also they provide you with tiny little espresso sized paper cups. I just hate drinking out of a paper cup and it just wasn't big enough. I had ordered some tea the first night (also no tea facilities in the room) and kept the china cups for the rest of my stay. It is small thing but I love a cup of tea in the evening and a couple of cups of coffee in the morning. The other small item was the in house restaurant. It is a sort of large hallway. The 'good' restaurant is not open every night. We wanted to dine in one evening and we were the only guests at 19:30. The food was mediocre and we only finished half of our dinner because it just wasn't tasty.
We had a beautiful corner room with a french balcony. The bathroom was also beautifully appointed. How the room was decorated was lovely as well as functional (nice desk placed in front of the windows, a couch at the end of the bed to watch television). The location of the hotel was also fantastic. Very central to the shops and the casino. Although we didn't use the thermal spa we did walk by it and it looked clean. What was also very nice is that you can purchase in the other affiliated hotels, casino and spa and charge to your room. The room service was prompt and well presented.
