The hosts were very welcoming. The view is exceptional and the room and the balcony are incredible. I'm glad that I chose to stay here. The location is a bit far from the city center but for the view of the bay, Dobrota area is the best option, if not the only one.

The hot water ran out after a while and no shower gel was provided.

I had a generally satisfying experience at this hotel. One major highlight was the warm hospitality of the owner, who went out of their way to ensure guests felt welcome and comfortable throughout their stay. However, one downside was the absence of shower gel provided in the bathroom. Despite this, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the cleanliness of the room was commendable. For those who prioritize friendly service over minor amenities, this hotel is worth considering.

We would have liked more accessories for cooking. For example, we didn't find a coffee machine.

Hosts are welcoming and friendly. They are flexible about check-in times. Access is easy and there is free private parking. The room is super clean. The view of Kotor Bay and its mountains in the background is amazing. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby, within a 10 minutes walk.

The kitchen/dining room is rather dark, window is small and sided to garden (no view)- which is allways in the shadow, if bedroom door is closed- dining room is totally dark and not cozy. We were in low season, didn't have neighbours from the left, so we could enjoy big spacy balcony, but I guess during high season it would not be that privat and cozy as one balcony is devided by the three apartmens and zones are really close to each other. The bathroom is very small, there is no place to put hygiene items comfortably. The shower has no shower head holder. Women would understand me - how to wash your hair with one hand, when you have to hold the shower head in your second hand? We chose this apartment because of very good reviews, but we think it's bit overrated. It's really not bad, but not that good for it's price, we think it's little too expensive for what you get, especially in low season.

We had nice stay in Apartments Nikevic. We stayed there for three nights. Nice location and very kind hosts. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable. The kitchen is small, but you can find all basic equipments. The views from bedroom/balcony are spectacular! We spent there all our evenings. Apartments Nikevic has beautiful backyard with bbq zone and small seasonable pool (we were low season so pool was empty).

The hosts are so welcoming, kind and helpful. They really go above and beyond to accomodate their guests. The accomodation itself is beautiful - stunning views, clean and large rooms and a pool. We went during peak season, so its location (which is a bit further from the old town) was perfect for us to escape the crowds. The only downfall is we liked our room too much that we didn’t want to leave during the days! Best accomodation we had all trip.

Bed were very comfortable, kitchen very well stocked with everything you need to cook a good meal. location was about 4 miles from OldTown Kotor which was great. Quiet area close to restaurants and a beach wonderful beach club across the street.

This beautiful apartment was remodeled into this chic stylish home. Everything was new, very clean and comfortable. The views of Kotor bay and the surrounding mountains were breathtaking. The family and Miljan were eager to assist us in any way possible. From special requests to ordering us a taxi and recommending beach clubs and restaurants. We have traveled to 33 countries so far and haven’t had another host be as kind. Montenegro is a must visit place. The beauty, the people and the amazing food it too much to pass up. 5 stars ⭐️

Everything was as expected, nothing bad to say.

This is a perfect stay for Kotor Bay area. Very nice to be outside Kotor city, yet not too far away. Also close to Perast which is an absolute beauty. The service was very good. The most amazing view over the bay. Beach, grocery shopping within walkable distance (approx. 200 meters away). Would definitely recommend and stay here again

The apartment was beautifully fitted out with all-new appliances and facilities. We loved having our own outdoor space to come back to after visiting the small towns along the coast. The air conditioning was a welcome reprieve from the heat! The hosts could not have been better and more accommodating. The flat was perfect for us!
