All the details were great. Washing machine, iron, coffee machine with capsules, refrigerator, cable tv with English channels. Quite clean and very spacious room. It was 10 minutes walking to old town but neighborhood was good.

The physical structure of this apartment is exceptional 👌 very very clean ..a homy ambiance with all basic stuff from cooking to cleaning/ washing stuff. The owner is very accommodating.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

Clean spacious and cool. There were of amenities, such as washing machine and coffee pod machine (with soap powder and pods provided). WiFi supplied which was helpful as we couldn’t use mobile signal abroad due to roaming costs. Irina and Damir were courteous and friendly and gave some lovely tips about our stay in Kotor (such as visiting the newly installed cable car). We drove and had a space to park. The walk into the old town took about 15 minutes and the walk was pleasant with lots of local cats to see and make friends with. Overall a fantastic family feeling place, with quiet and peaceful surroundings. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Near bus station. Host is super friendly and communicative. Room is quite big with washing machine, well-equipped kitchen and a yard to dry washed clothes. Very suitable for travelers who have long journey.

Our hosts we're á lovely family and made us extremely welcome, and the apartment was ideal, with a short walk into the old town itself. There was a supermarket near by. All in all a very pleasant and easy experience.

Our stay at Irina and Damir's apartment i was nothing short of fantastic! One of the standout features of this apartment is its exceptional location, since it is within walking distance from Kotor's beautiful beaches, the charming old town, and the convenient bus station, yet it's nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We loved being able to explore the bustling town and then retreat to our tranquil oasis at the end of the day. The apartment itself iwas immaculately clean and thoughtfully furnished with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Irina and Damir were always available to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Despite their helpfulness, they also respected our privacy, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a high-end hotel than a typical rental. In summary, our three-night stay at Irina and Damir's apartment in Kotor was absolutely perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during our visit to this beautiful town. If you're looking for a top-notch accommodation with a great location, fantastic amenities, and genuinely kind hosts, this is the place for you.

The shower didn't drain until the owner cleaned the drainage trap after we told him Bcs it wasn’t done before arrival. And unfortunately we still smell the stench in The bathroom and The shower was kinda dirty. :(

The apartment met our expectations.

New apartment in Kotor. It is a 10 minute walk to the old town. Parking is available on the street. The apartment is well equipped to make a short stay comfortable. There is a washing machine. An AC which can chill the entire apartment.

Lovely apartment! Excellent host! Damir and his family were so gracious. We had a car issue and Damir and his parents were all helping us. The apartment was spotless and very spacioius. Easy walk into Kotor. Excellent AC and Wifi! Cable TV too! Only regret is we didnt stay long enough. Highly recommend!
