Rooms are too small for three people

The cleaning was at good level, the air was fresh, the water pressure when taking a hot shower was very low pressure, the sea view was beautiful, the room was comfortable but the air conditioning didn't warm my room that good because it was cold outside.

Glasses, plates,forks and knifes were not clean in our room, bathroom was wet when we arrived, and full of sand.

We liked location, and staff which was so kind and polite. Views from the apartment was beautiful.

Access to the apartments was difficult. Hard to find when arriving in Ulcinj, no signage and no real entrance, just steps on to a veranda. Also many steps and very steep hill to get to town, almost impossible for me to walk up it, but this is not the apartments fault! Parking was available, but also on steep hill, difficult to manoeuvre. Breakfast was basic... could be improved in terms of variety and presentation. The shower was very small with no door, so water kept going all over the floor. However, overall you get what you pay for and we were happy enough with everything.

The room was clean with a beautiful view. Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Plenty of space for luggage etc. Lovely balcony. Not far from centre, old town visible from balcony. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Not very easy to find. I think a sign indicating where to turn to find the place would be helpful.

Family run. Very friendly staff, they were helpful. Amazing view from the balcony if you reserve a room with view. Nice breakfast. Quiet place.

When checked in the owner / administrator said that we booked a number without a sea view (but of course we have booked with a sea view because it's the only one on booking), and our number is occupied for some emergency reason, so to move in we need to pay 30 Euros more (15 Euros per day) but we will get a sea view for this extra money. As we didn't have a choice we paid, but I think it is a way to cover booking commission

We needed 1,5 hours to find the place ... no location sended just address but not visible from the main street... the towels and sheets had huge holes and everything was over consumed ...

Hello! Best hotel in in the price/quality ratio, perfect view from rooms, parking, not so far distance from central beach. Standart lunch. Owner is friendly man with his family, with witch you can communicate in the evening with view on night city).

Toilet was leaking and bathroom was flooded in one of the rooms. They did nothing about it. The staff were rude. Constant noise outside while we are trying to sleep by people waiting to check in at 11 even though they arrive at the hotel at 4am. Staff did nothing about this.

Nothing apart from it had a decent view.

Hard to find the apartment, apart from that clean place, nice family, nice breakfast all great. The Sea and the public beach in Ulcinj are not very clean though compare to other parts of Montenegro.

The cheapest food, all the time the same. Only 1 hour for a breakfest (we have to wait for free place or take a breakfest to the apartment). Big noise untill 2am, since 5:30am again. No possible to sleep. No place for cars, many things in apartment are missing. Absolutely tragical trafic. Town center better not to see...
