The room would be much nicer if they changed the carpet which had many stains. Also the sofa had a couple of burns on it. TV could also be bigger, as it's far away from the sofa.

The view and location are great. Parking also. The bedding was very clean. The staff was polite and respected privacy.

While the hotel was located a short walk away from the old town, it is on the main road out of Budva meaning that there is the constant sound of traffic both in your room overnight and while trying to relax at the pool. Slightly weirdly, there was no door on the bathroom.

The hotel was a very good base for our stay in Budva. It was nice and close to the old town, which were able to visit each evening with a great selection of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were really attentive throughout our stay and the room was a good size/very comfortable inside.

I am not a big friend of bathrooms with glas walls to the room and no doors, but this is a personal opinion. I don’t know if all rooms are like this.

Faruk and the staff were very friendly and very helpful with everything! thank you once again! The hotel is very close to the old town, 5 min walk, it has a partial view to the sea. It was very clean. We could use the garage for parking.

Everything in room feels very old. The carpet is very dirty and it needs to be changed immediately. It has black stains all over it. The toilet was okay. The fridge is not working. We did not get receipt for our stay.

The only thing good about this property is location and private parking. So if you are looking for that, this place is ideal for you. It is close to old town.

The drinks for breakfast are very bad. I visited many countries, and for the first time I found a hotel that does not allow me to receive a friend for half an hour, even to change my clothes and prevent her from entering. Reception open 24/7 .... You don't recognize the difference between employees and guests.... employees dressed as guests!? exclusively English, Turkish, German languages ​​are used. Fisk. I asked for the bill for the stay x 3 times until today, but I did not receive it. The entrance door from the room does not work, that is, it only works when the door is locked. Reported a malfunction, until today no one has fixed it. Air conditioning: works a little, mostly does not work. Room cleaning is done exclusively from 11-13 and it is necessary that you are not in the room (message I guess from someone who is probably employed at the hotel) But... there is only 1 copy of the room key and if you don't leave the key at the reception, your room will not be cleaned that day!? (I have never experienced that anywhere). The room....generally the carpet used to be white or no...now it's black with lots of stains. 4 star hotel ??? I think 2 is too many.. Breakfast: I really don't know what to write here... Catastrophe! Ugh! The only important thing is that breakfast is from 8-10, and if you find something to eat, it will be great. Voca is not even announced in the summer months. Bed linen has not been changed for 5 days. The pictures on booking.com are not correct. That is they were taken in 2015, when the hotel was opened. Addendum: The hotel was closed for a long time....opened again in 2023... Now I have been and paid a huge amount of money for a hotel that is not worth even 10% of what is in the pictures. After all, the pictures are from 2015 and are not relevant. Since then, the hotel has not been moved, renovated and similar... I really do not recommend this Hotel (?) for everyone who works hard to save a lot of money for a vacation after this experience. etc.... In general, there are many more things, but I can't write more...

Recepcija otvorena 24/7 .... Ne prepoznajes razliku izmedju zaposlenih niti gostiju.... zaposlwni obuceni kao gosti!? koristi se iskljucivo engleski,turski,nemacki jezik. Fisk. Racun za boravak sam trazio x 3 do danas fa nisam dobio. Ulazna vrata od sobe ne rade, tj rade samo kada su vrata zakljucana. Prijavio kvar, do danas niko nije popravio. Klima : malo radi uglavnom ne radi. Ciscenje soba se obavlja iskjucivo od 11-13 i neophodno je da ne budes u sobi( poruka valjda od jednog sto je verovatno zaposlen u hotelu) Ali ... kljuc od sobe postoji samo 1 primerak i ukoliko ne ostavis kljuc na recepciji soba ti taj dan nece biti pociscena!? ( To jos nisam nigde doziveo) . Soba.... generalno tepih je nekada bio beo ili bez... sada je crn sa gomilom fleka. Hotel sa 4 zvezdice ??? Smatram da je 2 previse.. Dorucak: ovde zaista ne znam sta bih napisao.... Katastrofa! Uzas! Jedino je bitno da je dorucak od 8-10, i ukoliko nesto pronadjete da pojedete bice super. Voca, u letnjem mesecu nema ni u najavi. Posteljina nije promenjena 5 dana. Slike koje stoje na booking.com nisu ispravne. Tj. slikane su 2015 god kada je hotel i otvoren. Dodatak: Hotel je dugo bio zatvoren.... otvoren ponovo 2023... Sada sam bio i platio ogroman novac za hotel koji ne vredi ni 10% od onog sto je na slikama. Uostalom slike su iz 2015 i nisu relevantne. Hotel se od tada nije krecio,renoviral i slicno... Zaista za sve koji rade puno da bih odvojili novac za letovanje jakoooo puno para ovaj Hotel( ? ) posle ovog iskustva ne preporucujem. itd.... Generalno postoji jos mnogo stvari ali ne mogu vise da pisem....

Hello, During my stay at your hotel, I must say that I have never seen such a concept hotel before, where the staff from the reception to all the hotel employees show interest and care towards the guests. The warmth, attention, and care provided to the hotel guests were excellent. The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms were also impressive, and I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Its convenient location makes it easily accessible to everywhere. After looking at reviews I booked the hotel, so I had great expectations for my stay. Unfortunately, my standards were not met. Firstly, the room was only mediocre and not what you would call a four star facility. The air conditioning was not working properly which was frustrating in summer, bizarre shower, TV was not working, no internet in entire hotel… The weirdest thing ever seen, there was a rate list of items available in the room, sofa, table, bed, closet etc. 😂 Not sure if anyone ever stole the sofa or TV while checking out..

Noises from the road. Air conditioner was not possible to put below 27 and it was hot. The room was with carpet all over which it was full of stains. No slipers in the room and I was disgusted to walk barefoot on the dirty carpet. The bathroom had no door. While the shower had a door which made the shower space very small and very dark. The breakfast was very poor. I was disappointed.

Everything was like prescribed in booking.com. Very big room and comfortable. The bath was luxurios. A normal room is like a suite. The location very good, only 3 minutes away of the old town of Budva. There are free parking slots. The staff was from Azerbajan and they were very polite and helpful.
