Location was perfect. Cafe and restaurants are all nearby. With lots of variety - from seafood to burger and tortilla. All the staffs are very nice and helpful - kitchen, waiter, cleaning lady, reception and owner. Our favorite beach is 5 minutes away walk. Kamenovo Beach is fantastic. The hotel is definitve a boutique hotel. Very unique and stylish.

Parking proved to be quite a challenge during our visit. Arriving at midnight, we faced considerable difficulty locating available parking spaces. I would recommend proactively informing guests about the parking situation to avoid such inconveniences. Despite my request for assistance with this matter, I unfortunately did not receive the appropriate support.

It’s a new hotel, only opened 20 days prior to our arrival, and there are one or two small details that they’re still ironing out. Some clear instructions regarding arriving by car and parking need to be sent ahead of time.

The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was fabulous. Much better than the photos which made it look grey and corporate. Amazing views! The restaurant was great, and all the staff were passionate and helpful.

Staff are very incompetent. 1. Refused to take card payment to pay for hotel. 2. We had a whole fridge missing also tea and coffee. 3. Breakfast is mentioned to start at 7:30am but actually starts at 8:30am. 4. Rooms are not cleaned daily, we had ask them at least twice a day to clean the room. They ask if they can clean the room, but failed to do that by 8pm. 5. After cleaning they take away towels and bathrobes, we had to chase them to get new ones. 6. Couple times forgot to put new shampoos and gels.

Location is nice, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Room is quite wide and comfortable. Breakfast is good.

Generally, this kind of hotel, 4 stars, needs to be more clean. We didn't have a cleaning service in the room every day. Breakfast could be better.

The building must have a problem because there was a distinct bad smell coming from the toilets.

We arrived in this city and hotel late, at night, and planned to stay for 2 days. The hotel is located on the coast. Waking up, in the afternoon we went to the beach, we did not like it and we decided to leave. It was 2 pm. The administrator guy was very nice and explained that the room was not reserved in advance and it's okay if there is a late check out. However, the director appears here and blatantly lies that all the rooms are full today and that’s why for a late check-out we need to pay 30 % of the room cost. At the same time, smiling and say that we value our customers, its just some 40 €. This is not very pleasant, because walking down the corridor I see empty rooms. And booking offers a lot of free rooms. I can't say anything about the room and hotel, we only slept there. View into the wall of the neighbouring house. Very noisy downstairs. The food in the restaurant is good, but the staff is in torn and dirty uniforms. In terms of location, if you are by car- No, No and No!!! It's just awful. We drove to the hotel, 200 meters within 20 minutes. The drive back took even longer. Unipolar movement by yards. The car has nowhere to go. There is no parking. They offer parking in the garage, very expensive. If you are not coming by walk and don’t like your car, and your time - I strongly do not recommend it.
