it's very close to the main road so there is a bit of noise, also at night. However the views and proximity to the beach can offset this. All in all price is fair.

View is great, nice balcony, very comfy room. A few steps away from the beach and nice restaurants right on the water's edge. Nice owner, close to good restaurants on the main streets.

The view from the terrace is wonderful. The apartment is well designed and equipped. The young pretty lady who greeted us did not speak English but we understood each other and she was very kind anyway. Proximity to the sea is approx. 200 m exactly 100 steps. I recommend to everyone.

The villa is near to a small beach, about 80-90 stairs and the studio, we were accommodated in, was clean but not very spacy. The kitchen was equipped enough and the view from the balcony was amazing. Morning coffee combined with the sea view is unforgettable. The host girl Anastasiya was very nice and polite. Generally, it was a fine place to stay.

We were on our way back from Croatia and decided to have a rest on a half way. Took this room and basically we did not rest at all. It Is very noisy. Is situated on Jadranska Magistrala which have traffic 24/7 and if you are light on sleep i don't recommend. On the other side i has dead mosquitos all over the place. We kind a had deal and get the place for half the price and if i paid full price for this accommodation i would be very angry. They told us 10 times that we need do check out by 10 o'clock next day :/

Very easy to find and very close to the beach just several stairs from the room. It has all the necessities like microwave fridge. The rooms has big window that was overlooking on the sea. I could not say it is a seaview :)

The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the view is just absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was really good! Water heater takes a long time so keep that in mind…

The apartment is overpriced. For the just slightly higher price it is possible to book hotel acrooss the road. The so called public parking is just the area next to the main road. Don't be surprized if you find your car covered by the staff from the trees. The most frustrating thing that the owner charges extra payment for check in after 10.00pm. This could be easily avoidable if the owner would leave the keys at the pre-arranged key box with the code. Also the towels could be renewed. You cannot pay with the card as declared in the description of the property.

The view from balcony is amazing, though there is only one chair (not two) and mini sofa available with table. The location is great. The personnel of the property is friendly and helpfull.

It’s not clean at all. The biggest numbers of ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other unknown creatures I’ve ever seen. Apartment has kitchen but it smells bad and dishes are dirty. Old and dusty furniture.

Two times electricity break, staff don’t speak any language, not helpful. The photos of the rooms do not show the reality (f.e.: see view). Bed is extremely uncomfortable.

Location was great, value for money, it’s perfect for one night. (Additional: at least we survived the 4,7 earthquake, the house was safe)

The owner is really disrespectful its Guests... First question from her is money... Not welcome guest in the hotel, not say something, respond to Guest's questions... Second is message on booking portal that we must to check-out in the morning before hour mentioned on the site... Not information about check-in, no information about wifi, not information about our stay... In our room it was NO bed linen for 2 people... So one person could sleep... Doors from the room was on the main road... When I was reserving the room, in the description was "Beachfront"... Unfortunately when we asked how to get to the beach, owner told us that there is NO ROAD... She was lying us, because THERE IS a road to the beach... She was ignoring all questions... When we asked for parking spaces in Herceg Novi she told there are NO PARKING SPACES for free... She didn't want to tell us that on SUNDAY all parking spaces are for free for everybody... It is really sad to write it, but the owner is egoist and oriented only for Guest's money, not for a Guest.

Great hosts, amazing view, next to the beach. Clean and simply perfect for what it is, top value. Spacious parking in the shade across the street, highly practical. Also, Kumbor is not too densely populated and is such a great alternative. Beachfront bars and restaurants below the property are great value as well.
