Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomOne of the old restaurants has been dramatically changed. It is a nice place but the change has been a bit radical. Also gone from being very cheap to expensive. Also the old beachside restaurant has changed a good deal.
I always like this hotel. It dates from the Yugoslav era but I do not mind. The room was excellent. The staff are always very helpful and were so again. If you have good weather and I did, Ada Bojana is a wonderful place to be. It is the place Montenegrins most praise about their country and again it did not disappoint in terms of peace, quiet and beauty.

RussiaThey call themselfs as FKK resort, but it basicly is just regular resort with fkk beach. Only 1 of 10 visitors walk naked on terretory. You cant go to bar or for breakfast or to restraunt naked - you have to be clothed. Thats annoying because you need to take clothes with you to the beach to be able to dress up and go to the bar to order coca cola. No any entertainment for kids. No kids room. The rooms they sell to you for 110 eur for a night are very aged and not pleasant to stay. Seems like those rooms havent been renovated for 40 years.
Good beach for families with kids.

RomaniaOld and dated buildings and furniture, old style restaurant and extra cheap breakfast. Location is far away from everithing without a car and at evening is very boring. Lots of garbage on the nearby beach and on the margins of the road, nature not respected. Nice people but not socializing with non serbian language speakers

AlbaniaThe rooms were extremely rusty with the smell of the old (in an unpleasant way), the uncomfortable bed and showers with cold water being disproportionate for a 110 euros nightly rate. The staff was almost proud of the rustiness and the level of discomfort of the rooms, with a take it or leave it attitude. The breakfast was tragic, and so was the space in it, with the lowest possible quality of everything and very little of anything. (except the tomatoes, which were nice) I find it difficult to believe someone apart from the extreme yugonostalgic romantic, those who don't care about rooms (yet can afford to squander 110 euros a night) or those who have an emotional bond with the place, getting to enjoy it or feeling it was worth the while. A solid restoration of the infrastructure and service is necessary and highly encouraged!
The site is a regional legend and well-located in a quiet area, with nice smell of pine trees and proximity to the beach. Also as a 'heritage site', the hotel was interesting, to see what the Nudist beach and Yugoslav touristic locations could be about. But this wasn't heritage tourism for me.

RomaniaIn bad need of an upgrade. Most of the buildings and the landscape. It's a pity because it has great potential.
The resort needs an upgrade, but nonetheless, it is worth every cent. The atmosphere was great, and the vibe was right. The rooms are clean. They change the towels daily and clean them. The breakfast was very very good and the personnel very dutiful. The beach was terrific. I loved the vibe and the serenity of the people.

SerbiaThe newly opened restaurant on the beach has too loud music at night. We went for two reasons to Ada Bojana 1. Quiet zone - no music/radio/disco on the beach- we can find that elsewhere, and 2. textile free in the whole resort. The newly opened restaurant/bar violates both our expectations.
FKK Ada Bojana is a wonderful place; the sandy beach and the sea combined make some magnificent color combinations. The fact that is isolated on an island in a quiet zone makes it perfect for some relaxing time.

MontenegroPhotos of apartments do not match. From the photo we chose a bungalow, but in reality it's just an apartment and we had to pay 13 euros more to get a bungalow. All the furniture is very old and falling apart. The breakfast is very poor. There is no mosquito repellent in the room. Also no kettle.
This apartment is located on a nudist beach, as we wanted and this is their only plus. There is a grocery store on the territory.

MontenegroThe sheets are dirty with some hairs left from someone before I guess, and permanent marks like someone stepped on them. The towels are yellow on most parts (although they should be white). The lamps are dirty, with so much spider web like it wasn't cleaned in half a year. The door is crooked so much that the mosquitos can fly inside your room. The breakfast has 10 types of salamy, you can barely find something to eat.
Nice view on the sea with a nudist beach - freedom to do whatever you feel like.

United States of AmericaThe place itself is very nice regarding people and staff, so I am writing this section without enthusiasm but some things did raise my eyebrow. The grounds itself made me remember of the aging Soviet summer camps I attended as a kid. Except they don't look like they have been renovated once for the last 40 years. The place is really worn out with a few exceptions. On top of seeing towels and sheets after the cleanup just lying on the ground next to a trash can, noticing stains on the "clean" towels, we basically decided to touch as little as possible in the room. There was no running water for at least half an hour when we came from the beach around the sunset. A bit odd for a beach resort, since it's probably the only thing one really needs at that time :) Also, there's only wifi in the lobby and on the terrace, and there was a small screen that I suspected to be tv, but I found no remote, so still a mystery. Finally not sure about the whole beach chairs situation, wasn't explained much, seemed like everything was taken, when we found free ones, a guy came by and said someone bought this as well. Would help if either the hotel gave some info at check in or better yet, gave us an option of getting the chairs that the resort provided. I really wouldn't mind much of the above and some might appear a bit nitpicky, but the room cost me 75 euro a night, putting oneself in a certain price range does imply certain expectations, I spent a month in different hotels across Montenegro, so I do have some baseline.
Well, the beach. Felt very comfortable there and it looked like everyone was having a great time. Great experience all around! Coming out for a smoke at night, I saw a cow feeding in the small "field" between the buildings, so awesome eco tourism spot :) Breakfast is a nice addition, I'll be honest. AC worked great.
