The food could step up to rest, but luckily there are two very good restaurants in the small village.

One the most comforting and awake personal, I have ever had. very helpful and polite. Forte Rose is a stunning place. It is a bit complicated to find due to a wrong map on google maps but you get greatly compensated with a private boat to the hotel. A great place to relax. At the end of september we merely had the place for our own highly recommended

Service was always interesting, the waiters all spoke some English, but nothing was ever written down, so we never got quite what we asked for, if at all. There were a lot of staff, all working 12+ hours 7 days per week. We asked to change our initial room (room 12) as it overlooked the back of the kitchen, so we got the exhaust from the extractor if we opened the patio door or tried to sit on the balcony, the receptionist did manage to find another room after a couple of days and our 2nd room (number 6) was so much better.

We loved the quiet location, the sea and the beach/patio area. The sea was crystal clear and I prefer a concrete beach over sand every time. If we wanted do do a little more then there was a regular taxi boat across to Hercig Novi & back several times a day. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets and towels were changed most if not every day. The resort was kept spotless - the ladies worked super hard. Breakfast was plentiful, albeit never quite what we ordered. The Forte Rose House wine was divine.

The restaurant service wasn't as great as the rest, maybe a language or cultural barrier. But the food was good.

The sea view from the room was great. And you just needed to walk down the stairs to deep into the sea ... amazing!! The staff from at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, also arranging taxi services.

Rose is a small village situated on Lustica peninsula right across Herceg Novi. A perfect choice for those who are looking for a quite, peaceful place, far from a summer crowd, noisy clubs. Rose has two restaurants, one retail shop (market) and that's it. Forte Rose offers everything you could want for a pleasant and peaceful holiday. Excellent location, beautiful surrounding, very friendly and professional staff, clean and excellent maintained premises, abundant and delicious breakfast, sunbeds and umbrellas at the front beach provided for hotel guests, no additional charge.

It's at the end of a very nice small harbor with some restaurants and a little shop, very quite place with absolutely beautiful views. Service was great, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms with balcony.

There’s a beach hidden in a separate bay behind the restaurant, which belongs to the hotel, but we were not told about it. we only found out after being 3 days in the hotel.

Rooms are fine, breakfast offered a lot of fruits and the restaurant was decent.

We loved the location of the property. It has two beaches, both at the front of the resort. Also we loved the privacy that this place has, surrounded by amazing nature. Staff was very approachable and kind.

wifi wasn’t reaching our room #8 all the time, but outside was working really well

Nice and polite receptionists as well as the guy who was driving us via boat from parking to hotel. It’s very clean and room is cosy. You have couple of options for beach and they are all very clean and water is perfect. I definately recommend
