This place is wonderful, large, clean, comfortable, has that charm I was looking for and the best views

We stayed in the balcony room for 5 night stay. It was very spacious with a huge bathroom as well. Fabulous location on the esplanade looking over the harbour. Lots of restaurants and great to be away from the kotor cruise ship crowds but easy to get to for a visit. We swam daily at the pirates beach area. Water was Devine.

The room was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony in the mornings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only issue is parking in Perast; you basically have two options: - park for free along the main road and walk a long time to reach Palace Jelena (if possible, choose to park on the North side of the village as it is much closer from Palace Jelena than the south side). - Park on the designated parking lots located at each entrance of the village and pay a significant amount of money to some parking "officials" who doesn't seem to be that much official...

Very nice and charming rooms with a stunning view on Kotor Bay, located right on the harbour with all restaurants just nearby. The host was very welcoming. Difficult not to fall in love with the place.

If you want to stay in the heart of Perast, surrounded by restaurants and have the beach on your doorstep then you need to stay here! The hotel itself is a listed building and is absolutely beautiful! Marko the host was fantastic. He was on hand with all of our queries and helped us booking taxis. Nothing was too much trouble. We were even able to check in early which was very much appreciated especially in 36 degree heat!

Room is quite large, spacious, and really comfortable designed in old times style, but modern at the same time. You'll have feeling like you are in a real palace. Host Marko is amazing, always there for guests. Everything was more than great, will come back for sure!

.. The lot. Couldn't fault the accomodation or the location .must be one of the finest viewpoints in Montenegro. Markus the owner , was great he even brought us an umbrella when it rained unexpectedly.

Marko met us on arrival and was extremely welcoming. The room was spectacular, with an amazing balcony overlooking the bay and beautiful views of the water, mountains and villages surrounding Perast.

There is no place where you can swimsuits. Breakfast at Armonia Restaurant is very fatty and heavy

Clean, location is in the Center of the lovely town of Perast & staff is really kind This place is ideal for a short romantic stay

It can be hard locating the place, it is not well marked, so take a good look at the map Marko sends you. Also, cars are not allowed in Perast and it is a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Marko could probably help you book a little golfcar to take you if you have trouble walking.

We had a wonderful stay. The room is the cleanest i have ever been in when in hotel. The house is an old beautiul one, and they have really done a good job with the interior. This place is more like a boutique hotel. The location in Perast is best possible. Owner Marko is very helpful! The brekfast you eat at some of the small cafés by the ocean for free, if brekfast is included.
