There is no Internet in the room! You only get Internet in public areas. I don't think that should be the case in 2024! Also, the TV in our room stopped showing pictures. Finally, the light comes up when someone opens the door. It's inconveniencing for the person who is already in the room sleeping

The hotel is very lovely. Love the decor and the unusual lighting covers. The best part of the hotel is the beach front, just literally at the doorstep. A few minutes walk to the famous Porto Montenegro. The breakfast was the best we've had in our stay in Montenegro, and we've stayed in 2 hotels before Palma. Finally, the spa was amazing. The jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and hotbed were all included and thoroughly enjoyed by us

What an amazing stay at the Palma hotel. This was our third trip to Montenegro but our first time staying at the Palma. The staff were all absolutely wonderful, our room was clean and spacious and the location is great. I could not recommend this hotel more and I cannot wait to stay there again :)

Parking spaces are very limited.

Everything was sparkle clean, had almost everything you need. Staff was excellent, breakfast was abundant and delicious. Location was perfect near Porto Montenegro.

We did have a bit an issue with the room air conditioning, but the weather was nice enough that we could leave the window open.

The staff was incredibly helpful and gave great suggestions. The view from the hotel was spectacular and great to wake up to every morning. The hotel is located close to the port but just far enough away to be quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Palma hotel, a few meters from the sea, offers peace, purity and comfort. The service and cleaning of the room in the hotel is very good. The breakfast food is fresh and very clean in the restaurant. The place was well laid out, clean, great sauna, steam room and relax section with heated lounge chairs. Breakfast was outstanding and the people /service were exceptional, from the front desk to breakfast service. Would definitely return!

We really wanted to visit spa and especially sauna and even called to book in advance. When we got to the hotel spa was still working, but when we were ready to enjoy it, we realised that sauna was not even warm, water in jakuzzi was cold and steam bath was not that steamy. My partner went to the reception to ask if there's a problem with sauna and if it could be solved, then that lady called someone and told that the issue will be solved. It was not. Some time later we again asked someone at the spa area about sauna and they also called someone. It felt like personnel knows about the problem, but nobody wants to solve it at all, because they were kind of apologizing, but saying like "oh, our guests always forget to close that door and sauna stops working".

Amazing breakfast, a lot of options to choose from. View is great. Receptionist is welcoming. Really a nice place, we just didn't like spa experience.

The hotel staff was super friendly, I would like to mention Alexander, the reception manager, who is very professional, helpful and considerate, that our stay was perfect. The room was absolutely fabulous with a gorgeous view of the bay. We visited off season, nevertheless, the breakfast buffet was exceptional with a large variety of hot and cold dishes. We have now found the perfect hotel for our regular trips to Tivat. Highly recommended!

Perfect room, nice , very clean, they clean our room every day, spa is really god, gym also, breakfast very nice with big choice, every time smile and good energy from people in restaurant, bar and reception, all of them!
