There was a leaky hose from the boiler in the bathroom. We noticed it not right away. The bed was large and had clean bedding, but it seemed a bit wobbly and needed to have the screws tightened. It would be good to hang thicker curtains on the window to prevent the living room from being visible in the evening. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Great location. The sea is just 20 meters from the house. It's right on the waterfront. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for daily living. The owner provided towels for the beach and for the bathroom. The hostess is a very polite and sociable woman. She helped us with information and also arranged taxis for us. Thank you very much for the warm welcome!

There was some confusion about paying a tourist tax? The owner wanted to take our passports and process everything for us, but instead we went with her to the tourist office 5mins away (I never let people take my passport) to take care of everything.

The views from this place are spectacular! Nice restaurants in the vicinity. A quick walk to the port of Tivat. There is a balcony, and a sizeable rooftop patio to lay out on. Overall a great location in a quieter part of Tivat. There was a nice "beach" across the street, that I am sure is busier when the weather is nicer.

Ana was brilliant. great communication and friendly. Location right opposite the beach for swimming and next door to Big Ben restaurant - great food and service. In walking distance to Port Montenegro too.

It was just beautiful! The apartment has a great location, 10 minutes from the airport, close to porto Montenegro and several restaurants, as well as a breathtaking view. In front of the hotel there is a small beach and sea so it felt like a private hotel. The apartment is equipped with towels for relaxing by the sea, air conditioning, iron. Very comfortable and convenient. There was exceptional friendliness from the staff. Thank you Anna and Mom for you went the extra mile! It was a really amazing experience we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The host Ivona and her sister Ana were so kind and helpful. Finding the apartment was a bit tricky but it was worth it when we saw the house is just across the beach and how wonderful the apartment is . Its close to a store and a supermarket. About 10 min walk to Porto Montenegro where you will enjoy the scenery. The apartment has everything you need, from kitchen scissors to a portable heater that is useful in the winter period. The balcony and terrace are the highlight of the apartment since it offers stunning views and they have bean bags! Overall, I highly recommend booking this, you will have an amazing experience bith with the town and the host.

The stairs to the terrace are a little too steep for small children, but it’s okay. Anyway, view from the terrace is amazing.

Location is great. View from apartment is amazing, especially from the upper terrace. Everything was neat and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances.

Everything was perfect during our stay at Tiamat Apartmani, the host Ivona took extremely good care of us and was very helpful she will make you feel like you’re staying at your home and she’s part of your family! The apartment was clean and the location is amazing, you just cross the road and you’ll be at the beach, the view from the apartment is astonishing. The neighborhood is so lively and always filled with people even during the evening so you feel safe going for a walk at night. Restaurants are just 5 mins walk from the apartment and the best thing was our visit to Porto Montenegro which was 15 mins away by walk from the apartment, there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores there so I recommend you visit it if you ever decided to go to Tivat!
