Title: Disappointing Experience at the Hotel I recently had the opportunity to stay at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. There were several issues that significantly impacted my stay, starting with the lack of hot water in the shower for two consecutive days. This inconvenience made it difficult for me to enjoy a refreshing and comfortable shower, which is an essential aspect of any hotel stay. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the breakfast options provided. The selection of food was poor, leaving much to be desired. It is disheartening when the most important meal of the day fails to meet expectations, and I felt limited in my choices and dissatisfied with the overall quality of the offerings. Another issue that marred my experience was the parking situation. Despite having paid for parking, I encountered difficulties accessing the garage. I was required to ring for assistance every time I wanted to enter, which not only caused inconvenience but also raised concerns about the efficiency of the hotel's parking system. It would have been much more convenient and seamless if I had been provided with a more reliable and hassle-free access method. Although there were undoubtedly aspects of my stay that were disappointing, it is important to note that the staff members were generally polite and helpful in their interactions. However, their efforts were overshadowed by the aforementioned issues that significantly impacted the overall experience. I hope that the hotel management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to address them promptly. As a guest, it is disheartening to encounter such issues, especially when one has expectations of a pleasant and comfortable stay. I sincerely hope that future guests have a more positive experience and that the necessary improvements are made to enhance the overall quality of service at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently situated near Przno, just a short 3-minute walk from the beach. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

they were charging 1.5€ per person for a night as a city tax.So we had to pay 21 € extra for 7 night stay which was not written anywhere as a rule.Breakfast was different evetyday,it could be better still

From the moment we got there it was great, the staff went above and beyond, the room was excellent, good size and clean the breakfast was great. No bad experience at all would recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the HEC residence. The hotel is in a convenient location, not too far from some of the best beaches in the area. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. And the buffet breakfast was really good!

Cons: You have to wait a few minutes for hot water (e.g. 15 minutes or 3 days in our case), the rooms are quite shabby, in apartment 102 the stove did not work, the sliding wardrobe didn’t work (it is just broken, the hotel staff have repaired it 3 times in 8 days), the fridge over-freezes food (even in eco mode), there is a hole in the wall that is not covered from the street, the lighting is poor white color, never once in 8 days were the dishes not washed and the drains not cleaned (they are always clogged), unpleasant odour from the hole under the sink, wifi works intermittently (especially during thunderstorms), and under the windows is the main road along the coast, the pool is closed from mid of August, to go to the sea it is about 10 minutes uphill with steps, in the hotel or room there is no dryer for swimming costumes, there is not even a fishing line or hooks for it. The last one - the kitchen room is not equipped with a vent hood and the second room with air conditioning. On the 7th day of our stay in the hotel, the staff presented a bottle of cheap wine and apologized for any inconvenience. Neutral: Breakfast for 8 days did not spoil you with any variety (super limited), work until 10:30 instead of 11:00 as stated in the welcome brochure, always the same dishes, sometimes it was noticed that yesterday's products were served again in the morning, coffee only from auto-drip coffee machine or espresso for 2€, boiling water was always not enough for making tea, without a car you can do nothing here.

Pros: good sandy beach with small pebbles, the main thing is to stay as close as possible to the cliffs or near the tavernas for free or 30-40€ for a couple of sunbeds and an umbrella, good location (from here to all attractions of Montenegro no more than 40km by car), plenty of free parking slots around the hotel, close to the Voli shop, good sea view from the 3rd floor, friendly and useless staff.

Breakfast and room facilities was not adequate to 4star hotel. Breakfast buffet was very poor, carpet in the room was dirty, and almost everything in the bathroom was broken or not very well fixed.

On the first night we stayed alone at the hotel, therefore, on the first morning, breakfast was terrible. We needed the staff for food, once that the buffet was not working. As we asked food, they brought small portions of food, which was not acceptable, since that we needed to keep on asking more food. Staff was not attentive, friendly or well trained.

Breakfast was really good, the room was clean and the cleaning lady cleaned it every day. The staff was friendly and quick to reply on the questions we asked. Very nice and approachable. We recommend a stay there. The beach is really close and the water is truly seathrough.

They have only 10 parking places, we had to find parking place near the hotel - they have not even apologised for the inconvenience - we did not figured out who can use the underground parking places. All the wall hangers were very high for us, in the room didn`t work one of the light bulb - right in the entrance hall, the bathroom ventilation was very noisy, there was no carpet in our room. The staff is not to friendly - when we arrived, the receptionist just send us to find our room, saying the keys are in the door.

The property offers this as an apartment with bedroom, living, kitchenette, but in reality is a room only. They said that they have different rooms, but only one set of pictures.

Some negative experiences were decisive: - The room was almost good. But, the air conditioning (both mine and the family that went with us) didn't work. Instead of changing rooms, they tried to resolve it, but without success. - The coffee was not good. Very weak. And the restaurant had no hours. - Internet was always unstable. - The location was not good. Many stairs to go to the beach. Going with children to the hotel is not a good idea.

What I liked most about the hotel was the charisma and friendliness of everyone at the hotel. Whenever a problem or question arose, they were always available.

Roof top is not functional and doesn’t look completed at all. The inside of the hotel on various floors seemed dirty and not taken care of.
