The restaurant is rather expensive and the breakfast restaurant is noisy with many people (and kids).

Fantastic view and luxurious room. Great swimming pools and we had excellent weather and sunshine.

The hotel needs a refurbishment. Restaurant is large and comfortable but it does not look like a 5 star hotel restaurant (furniture, decoration etc.)

It seems to be the best hotel in Budva. It meets the requirements of a 5 star hotel. It has nice beach and pools. However, I did not use them because of the season. Breakfast is good.

The hotel is huge, but ripe for renovation. Already in the entrance hall, signs of years of use, as well as trends in construction that have long been outdated, are noticeable. The rooms are spacious and clean, but they also need renovation. Especially the bathrooms. The restaurant where breakfast is served is located in a rather strange place. It's almost a basement, which surprises me. Usually luxury hotels have restaurants with a nice view of the sea and bright and airy space. Maybe there is a terrace, but it didn't work in winter, so I can't comment on that part. The breakfast itself is excellent both in terms of the offer and the quality of the food. The staff throughout the hotel could be more warm and friendly, but I didn't mind that part. I don't expect the level of hospitality as for example in Asia, but a little could be done on the smile and expertise. The spa center is open, but only with the pool in operation. The gym is quite small for this size of hotel, but there were not many visitors in the early morning hours, so I had no problem with the availability of machines and equipment. Otherwise, the hotel is located right on the highway, so I recommend rooms with a sea view, not only because of the beautiful view, but also because of the noise coming from the very busy street.

Excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, valet parking service, beautiful sea view. The bar staff is friendly and professional. Good location. Right on the beach, and a 15-minute walk to the old town of Budva.

I want to note that the hotel really provides high quality services.This is a spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea, a balcony with armchairs, a huge comfortable bed with snow-white linens and plenty of pillows, bathrobes, slippers and, of course, a wonderful bath (in Montenegro the bluish water looks especially beautiful in the bath). These are excellent breakfasts for every taste, for both children and adults - from regular porridges, a variety of omelettes that are prepared in front of you, a lot of kinds sausages, cold cuts to Viennese waffles with marmalade, pancakes with chocolate cream and fruit. The barista prepares delicious latte and cappuccino coffee. I would like to make a special mention of the SPA complex. A stone sauna is not only relaxation on hot marble shelves, but also a small show from the Middle Ages: a red light comes on from the stove, a metal basket with hot stones rises and is lowered into a vat of water. Finnish saunas are not bad - there is a hot one, as expected, there is a medium one for warming up, and a bio sauna with spruce branches is slightly warm. The hammam is small, but also worthy! Indoor pools - heated, illuminated, clean, comfortable. In February there are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet. The staff works great and helps with everything! We read in the reviews that the rooms were not cleaned and there was no toothpaste: we asked the reception to clean the room and bring toothpaste - and the room was cleaned perfectly and they brought toothpaste. And another tip: open the door to the balcony slightly before going to bed and fall asleep to the sound of the sea, this is the best lullaby.

Hotel is outdated and it needs more maintenance. Lot of stuff was damaged or broken.

Great service, from the reception desk to the cleaning ladies. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of different options, including the non-dairy options, and kids cereals. The location is great, and there is a lot to see/do even when you visit out of season.
