Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The listing says that there are 5 beds, but there're 4. There's no Wifi If you turn the stove on, all electricity goes down There was no toilet paper..
The location is awesome.

Everything that we needed was close, the location is beautiful, and right outside the apartment there are some nice restaurants and cafes. Overall, very nice for the price.

had a few issues getting in as cleaner had not left the key. the downstairs toilet was also not working property.
fantastic location right in the heart of the city walls. great bars next door and staff were very helpful.

Parking close by at 1 euro 20 cents an hour. Calculate about 18-20 euros for one night.

The host did not meet us at any given point, we booked for two nights but checked out voluntarily (no refund) after the first night, it was noisy, with little to no security, no efficient heating, and no working AC for 2 out of 3 rooms, and dust everywhere, nearly impossible to rest. The correct wifi pass was presented to us later by text but either way didn't work for 90% of the property, the kitchen/bathroom was insufficient for two people, let alone six.
The one room (Top one) that had working AC was hot enough!

The owner did not give us the key. We tried to contact with him by his neighbour. No respond from him, from his wife and we together with children were standing on the street looking for a new apartment. It was a terrible situation. I do not recomend this place.

The living room was not comfortable.

this place would be ideal if you just use it to crash, and go party/drinking. If not, it disappoints in many regards. There's no living room, so everything you do is based in the three sleeping rooms upstairs. Very unpractical of you are there as a family. it's also in the middle of a busy street, so expect bar noise until late. Light sleepers are warned. The 'bathroom' is downstairs and super cramped and the shower cell is leaking, resulting in wet clothes on the floor. There's no curtain in front of the front window, so the whole street can stare into your place when you're there. The host him-/herself responds quickly to the reservation, but remains invisible. We never saw him or her, and he/she tried to make is do an errand run to the post office to pay the tourist tax, which we politely refused. WiFi should be there but isn't. Cleanliness is so-so. All in all this was our biggest miss in two weeks time. Wouldn't book again.
the place is really nicely done. the rooms really look like in a castle, and it was renovated nicely (upstairs), while partly keeping the old stone walls. Location is great as well, you're literally in the middle of town.

The host was really bad. The instructions of check in were poor. The building was really bad decorated. There was a bad smell of mold in the building. I have also lost a jewelry there and ask him to see if he can send it back to me and he didn't even reply to my text.

Probably the best location in Old Town! We really enjoyed our evening, just open the door and you are on the cute street. We just bring chairs outdoor and had a drinks on the street. Even it is a busy touristic street the bedrooms are well isolated and noise is not disturbing you.

Dirty sink and shower, unclean floors with a piece of tangerine on one of the floors. The free parking is always busy, we only managed to park because it is a low season.
Great property in the old town. Great location. 3 separate bedrooms.
